I Have Been Ready For Awhile

*You try to jump up but you almost fall*
Steve- okay take it easy.. *He laughs*
Y/N- I'm just so happy for you two!! I was beginning to think you had chickened out! *You cry and hug both of them*
Nat- I'd never let him chicken out.. *Nat teases*
Y/N- I was talking about you *You tease Nat and she laughs and pokes your side*
Bucky- Hey! Easy! *He pulls you back into his arms* we've got a baby in there... *He places a hand on your belly and you smile.. Steve and Nat look at each other and smile*
Steve- which brings us to our next topic of conversation-
Y/N- No?!?! You didn't?!? You snapped??
Nat- No! *She laughs* but we are going to once you are ready to get around..
Y/N- Really?! 
Steve- Yeah.. we want you there. You're the whole reason we are here.. in more ways than one.. *You cry and laugh*
Y/N- Wait?!? Why do this before the wedding?!
Nat- Because I want to do this, get married and then just move on with our lives
*You nod*
Y/N- You know you may be out for a couple days..
Steve- Yeah, we know.. we still just want to get this done.. *He looks at Nat* and start the next chapter *She smirks and kisses him*
Y/N- Well let's do this!
*Everyone laughs*

*Bucky helps you up and you head back to the lab.. you look down the hallway and you see half the compound in ruin.. all the events of the last night run through your mind*
Bucky- Are you okay? *He looks down at you.. you didn't realize it but you were clinging to his side*
Y/N- Y-yeah I'm okay..
*Bucky looks at you*
Bucky- I'll pretend to believe you for the moment
*You gently smile and kiss him.. you walk into the lab.. Nat and Steve are standing by the machine.*
Y/N- So who's snapping?? Cause I have some tips..
Nat- I am
Steve- No, I am
*Nat looks at him*
Nat- Steve we talked about this..
Steve- I know but-
Nat- No Steve... I have to do this.. please?
Steve- okay.. *He takes a deep breath* okay.. *He kisses her head* are we sure it's safe..
Y/N- I mean I'm alive... *Everyone looks at you* what? Too soon??
*Bucky shakes his head and pulls you into his arms.. Nat gets ready and connected to the machine*
Y/N- Just think about what you want and then press the button.. she may pass out so be ready to catch her.. Nat don't lock your knees..
*She laughs and takes a deep breath.. she looks at Steve and smiles*
Nat- I love you..
*She snaps.. there's a bright light and then she starts to stumble back.. Steve catches her and takes the head piece off*
Steve- Nat?! Natasha?!
*She hums and smiles.. Steve smiles and takes a deep breath*
Bucky- So... how do you know it worked??
Y/N- Only Nat will know..
*Nat opens her eyes*
Nat- When the room stops spinning I'll let you know if I feel different..
*She try's to stand up but she falls.. Steve picks her up in his arms*
Y/N- Nat you just rest..
*She nods and Steve takes her to their room*
*Bucky wraps you up in his arms*
Bucky- How about we go back to our room.. and just celebrate being alive.. *He smirks and you giggle*
Y/N- Okay.. *You kiss him*

*Bucky lays you down on the bed and crawls over you*
Y/N- Wait! Where's Grant?!  Where-
Bucky- Shhhh shh baby.. he's okay.. he is with Pepper. He's okay...
*He kisses you and you moan*
Y/N- Mmhmm Bucky.. I- I'm not *Bucky kisses your neck* I'm not ready.. I'm still too tired.. I'm sorry.. *Bucky stops and looks at you*
Bucky- You never have to apologize y/n... just tell me what you want baby.. I'll do it..
Y/N- just kiss me
*Bucky smiles and kisses you. He rubs his hands along your body.. you moan and wrap you legs around his waist and slip your hands under his shirt...he chuckles*
Bucky- What happened to just kissing?? *He teases*
*You smile*
Y/N- Okay so kissing and getting a little handsy *You smirk and bite his lip*
Bucky- You got it y/n...
*He slips his hands up your shirt.. and touches your stomach...You have a PTSD episode and you remember losing Winnie...you pull your lips off his*
Y/N- Bucky..
*He pulls back*
Bucky- Are you okay?
*You touch your stomach and a tear falls*
Y/N- I... I just need a minute..
*You move him off you and he looks confused...you run into the bathroom and shut the door, You grab a test and take it... it shows positive... you smile and you hold your belly and cry.. you slid down the door and lay on the floor and fall asleep. After a couple moments Bucky pushes the door open and sees you holding your stomach.. he now understands what happened.. he picks you up, you are still asleep. He carries you to the bed and tucks you in.. he kisses your head and lays down next to you... He just holds you until you wake up and a tear falls from his eyes*

*You wake up to Bucky's hand resting on your stomach.. you place yours over his and close your eyes. Bucky kisses your cheek*
Y/N- I'm sorry about earlier... I- *Your breath catches.. Bucky wants to just reassure you but he knows you need to finish what you were saying.. he just rubs his thumb over your belly* when you brushed my stomach the moment of losing Winnie flashed in my mind and I just started to panic... *You turn and look at him* I took a test while I was in there just to make sure.. I needed to see it.. but Bucky.. I- I need to go to the doctor.. *You start to panic*  I need to see her. I need to know for sure-
Bucky- Okay, okay.. *He reaches over you and grabs your phone.. he dials your doctor's office... you cry and just look at Bucky and he rubs your back.. you are so overwhelmed by the love Bucky has for you and how much you love him.. you burry your head in his chest.. he makes an appointment for you today*
Bucky- it's in an hour so let's get up and head that way..
Y/N- Bucky.. *Your voice cracks* thanks you..
*He smiles and kisses you*
Bucky- Let's go see our little girl.. huh?
*You nod and you two get up and get ready to leave*

*Pepper keeps Grant while you and Bucky go to the doctor. You decide now is a good moment to tell your doctor about your life and what you do... well not everything, you left out your children from the future and your husband from the past... You explain what happened and amazingly she understands and hears your concerns*
Doctor- okay, well let's take a look and make sure everything okay..
*She performs and ultrasound on you and you see your little Winnie.. you and Bucky cry.. he kisses your head*
Doctor- Do you want to know what it is?
*You and Bucky laugh*
Y/N- Let me guess.. it's a girl..
*She smiles*
Doctor- Yup! How did you know?
Bucky- We just had a feeling..
*Bucky kisses you and then whispers in your ear*
Bucky- Better?
Y/N- Much.. thank you. *He smirks and kisses you again*
*You head home*

*Nat greats you at the door*
Nat- Is everything okay?!? Steve said you went to the doctor! Are you okay?? Is she??
*You smile and hug her*
Y/N- Are you okay?!  I'm happy to see you are standing!!
*Nat laughs*
Nat- Yeah I'm fine.. I was just a little dizzy.. we will see if it worked when I start randomly bleeding..
*You shake your head and smile*
Y/N- And yes we are both okay.. I just needed some reassurance..
Steve- Well I'm glad everything's okay..
Bucky- we got more pictures!
*Bucky shows Steve the sonogram and Steve just smiles and pats Bucky on the back*
*You look at Nat*
Y/N- Alright, you have a wedding to plan!
Nat- Already planned.. it's tonight, by the lake, just us. Clint is going to be the officiant, he got licensed this past week.. no fuss just the people who love us the most..
*Steve smiles and kisses her.. you smile*
Y/N- Well alright then! Do you need anything from me??
Nat- Of course! You're still my maid of honor!
*She links your arm and you two walk away.. Steve turns to Bucky*
Steve- Speaking of... Best man?
Bucky- Yes?
Steve- I've got your suit for tonight..
Bucky- awesome, thanks!

*Everyone gets ready and makes their way down to the lake.. you help Nat with her finishing touches*
Y/N- You ready?
*Nat looks at you and smiles*
Nat- Yeah... I've been ready for awhile..
Y/N- I know.. *You hug her* let's go..
