NARRATOR'S POV

"I'm not gonna kill us relax,"
She was driving while Raheem sat in the passengers seat regretting a few life choices number one being, giving in and letting Nadia drive.

"I am relaxed"

"but you should probably put the seatbelt on." Nadia said not taking her eyes of the cluttered road. She was used to driving but She had never driven in a different country so she had no perception on how the roads where.

"What's that supposed to mean?" He looked to her with a raised brow.

"Nothi- What the fuck are you doing!!" Nadia yelled at the woman trying to cut her off.

"You're gonna cut me off? You better hope you have a damn good accelerator, bitch"  she yelled again poking her head out slightly this time before driving a bit faster. Driving in Paris was very different to London but she liked the lack of rules not that she followed all of them anyway.

Raheem just sat there in awe knowing she had a flamboyant side to her but hardly ever seeing it in action "What" she asked catching a glimpse of him staring through the rear view mirror.

"I didn't know you have road rage"

"You call it road rage, I call it, conveying people that don't know how to fucking drive" she shrugged

NADIA'S POV

"What kind of sandwich do you want?"

"Whatever your having, I don't know" he looked awkward and out of place which is very rare almost like he's never been in a supermarket before- Oh My God he's never been in a supermarket before...

"Don't tell me you've never shopped in a supermarket"

"Okay, I wont"

"Oh my God... You do realise how uncanny that is, right?"

"I've just never needed to"

"We'll there is a first time for everything, and I have a feeling with you there are going to be a lot"

"I could say the same for you" He winked. That's the Raheem I know.

"Okay, mister Im too good for supermarket's"

"Yea, miss road rage" I giggled which was weird but not as weird a him smiling. Yes. Smiling. But only for a few more seconds then usual, usual being not often at all.

I chose a selection of sandwiches not knowing what the others wanted but having a slight idea and placed them in the shopping basket Raheem offered, I mean pressured me to let him hold. "Come on"

We got some beverages and a few more things not forgetting chocolate or I'd end up in a hospital bed right next to Taliya's. "What's your favourite chocolate?" I asked randomly while walking down the chocolate and sweets aisle.

"I don't have one, if you couldn't tell I'm not one for sugar"

"Oh yea I totally couldn't tell," I said sarcastically "you drink black coffee with nothing in it"

"What, I like to taste the coffee"

"Sure...I think you should try this" I show him a 85 percent chocolate, chocolate bar. He looked at me then down even further at the chocolate packet and rolled his eyes "fine" he said nonchalantly.

We made our way through the tall aisle's to the checkout area they had the self checkout which I was thankful for. I absolutely hate the awkwardness of the cashier finishing and me struggling to put the change back in my purse quickly because someone else is waiting behind in line.
