NADIA'S POV

"That's all miss Marshall, you are free to go" Dr. Simons said standing at the end of the bed, holding a clipboard "you can get the paperwork at the front desk"

"Great! thanks doc" Taliya chimed enthusiastically.

Raheem and Hamzah had gone back to the hotel very early this morning at 2am after about an hour of telling them we'd be fine, so it was just us girls now. We had agreed to give them a call once Taliya got discharged if they weren't already here, knowing the two of them i wouldn't be surprised if they were.

"We should get going, got a long day ahead of us" Taliya said getting out of bed, as doctor Simons left closing the door behind him.

"You know we don't have to go if you're not up for it" Idaya said grabbing her crutch and helpingher stand.

"It was my idea Idaya." she rolled her eyes playfully "So yes, i am up for it" Typical.

We walked out of the room to leave after packing our stuff into the bag I brought earlier. Just outside the room sat Hamzah holding four cups on his lap but no Raheem in sight, but him being him, he's around here somewhere.

"When did you get here?" Idaya asked facing her cousin with furrowed brows.

"I'm not here, actually this is a projection from... Mars.... I moved here last night"

I looked down at him and realised that he was wearing the same clothes as yesterday "You didn't leave did you?" The three of them looked at me for a second and then all eyes were on him again.

"You little shit, we said we'd be fine" Idaya rolled her eyes. Even though Hamzah was older than her physically Idaya was always older mentally and It definitely shows.

"It wasn't my idea I swear, it was his...please don't hurt me" he blurted frantically but we could all sense the sarcasm. I turn around to see the tall handsome eiry man towering over me.

"Snitches get stitches" I heard Taliya say from behind me.

He was looking directly at me and our eyes locked, for some reason I felt butterflies in my stomach and my cheeks burning up, he definitely knows the affect he has on me but just wants me to admit it to him. I walked over and stop in front of him leaving a decent amount of space between our two bodies. "Yo-"

He takes a step forward closing the space leaving a slight gap. "I know" he says not letting me finish. The intoxicating smell of his cologne invading my nose.

"You don't even know what I was gonna say" I give him a questioned look.

"I'm guessing something along the lines of, You didn't need to stay... shall I continue?" He mocked me arching his brow know that he was spot on.

"Where did you sleep?" I asked completely ignoring his last comment.

"I didn't." He said with an expressionless look on his face, barely any different to his usual one. "But Hamzah slept like a fucking baby taking up a total of three chairs"

I smiled adjusting to look at him "I don't doubt that he did" I turned back to face him still smiling, he was just staring down at me, at some point I'm going to have to get used to it "what?"

"Have I ever told you how beautiful your smile is?"

Just when my cheeks started to cool of he had to open his mouth and say that. I look down at the ground trying to hide my flushed face smiling even wider at the unexpected compliment. "I- uh thank you?" I stutter surprised that I could even from word's at this point.
