Another day in the great hall, my eyes on him again. Just like all the other days, I was watching him talk with her. I was watching Draco talk with the new Slytherin girl.
I sighed, looking down at my plate as I pushed my food left and right, not feeling like eating. I had this feeling of discomfort. I was not feeling okay.

As I was falling deeper and deeper in my own thoughts of pure concern, though a crumbled piece of parchment pulled me out of it, hitting my arm from the side. I could hear Snape's voice again as I was now paying more attention. I turned my attention to the piece of parchment quickly and put my quill aside as I opened it.
Sorry, I didn't have much time for you in the last days. I'll meet you in your common room, will find my way to come in. Love you.

His words made a smile come to my face. I felt as if none of it ever happened. As if he was always with me and never even left to the manor or for something he had to do. It was as if I forgave him just in a second. Forgave him for forgetting me for that girl.
I turned my head to see him already look and smile at me. I smiled slightly before turning my gaze back to the front of the class, having much different, better thoughts swirling in my head now.

I sat on the couch of my common room late at night, everyone having left to go to sleep. I read a book to make the time pass quickly.
I sat there, hours, the book having distracted me as I even forgot, that Draco wanted to meet me here.
More hours passed and I put it aside. I stood up and sighed heavily after having worried, looked at the clock and having gotten angry, that he decided to not show up. I wasted my time, yet again.
So, in the middle of the night, all sleepy, I stormed back into my dorm and drifted off to sleep.

I walked out of the great hall, still tired, since I hadn't gotten much sleep. I was walking till a cold hand grabbed mine, causing me to stop.
,,(y/n)" Draco said, panting a little. ,,I- I called your name from across, didn't you-" he breathed heavily. ,,Didn't you hear me?"
,,No." I said fast, yet softly and turned around, not really wanting to speak with him.
,,(y/n)?" He said confused and I turned back around, giving him a questioning look.
,,Draco?"
,,I- why are you- is something?" He asked and I couldn't push away the urge to roll my eyes. I turned around and began to walk away as he followed me.
,,What's up with you?" He asked a little angry, that I would just ignore him, yet also confused as we stopped in an empty hallway.
,,What's up with me?" I asked harshly and narrowed my eyes at him as he began to get what I was referring to.
,,I- (y/n), no! Oh, I- I totally forgot I'm so, so sorry! (Y/n), forgive me, please. There was something I needed to do and I'd gotten told last minute, I'm so, so-" he said fast, though I cut him off.
,,Yeah. Save it. It's not like it's the first time this is happening." I said coldly, a little pissed off.
,,What do you mean-"
,,What do I mean?! You- you never meet up with me, even though you're the one, who literally wants to! I waited hours for you. Multiple times and on so many days. You always got away with a simple apology, Draco."
