Being a Goth, you would think blood red eyes would be cool to have, but to be honest- it scared the living crap out of me.  It’s scarier then it sounds.  “Don’t look into his eyes!” Luna said looking at me.  For the life of me I couldn’t stop looking at him.  “Saber!” Luna was screaming at me but her voice got quieter and quieter, my world got darker and darker.  Until my world was completely black and totally quiet.  I couldn’t see anything- or feel anything.

I was lost in a world where I didn’t feel, see, or…care.  I felt free but lost.  Where was I?  And why didn’t I care? I was floating in nothing, I couldn’t move, see, or hear.  I was scared out of my whitts don’t get me wrong, but I felt empty.

I don’t know of you got the point yet but how the freak do I get out of here?  When you can’t move or pretty much anything and your freaked out, what do you do?

I’ll tell you, you scream in your head.  Stupid I know but that’s all I had left.

Floating in nothing makes you think.  While floating in the nothing I saw…light.  I was so excited to get out of the darkness.  I got closer and closer to the light; I got close enough that my eyes hurt from the light.  I couldn’t really shield my eyes or close them.  “Saber!” I heard very faintly.

What? I though because I couldn’t speak.  “Saber!” I heard louder.  The light grew brighter and brighter and the voice grew louder and louder.  The closer I got to the light the more I felt like… myself.  I could start to move and speak, but I didn’t get the speaking thing down right off the bat.

“Saber!” I heard the voice clear as day, it was Jason.  “Saber! Wake up!” I heard him screaming at me.  I slowly opened my eyes.  I saw Jason face very close to mine.  I eyes widened and my cheeks burned.

“Jason?” I said sounding I just woke up from a 2-day nap.  “Oh my gosh Saber your okay!” he said and he hugged me as tight as he could, he almost choked me.  “Nice to see you too, are you okay?” I asked remembering about Blackout.  “I’m fine and so is Zoie, she’s just asleep right now.”  He said and pointed at Zoie who was lying on the ground in the same position as before.

“Where’s Luna?” I asked, “She’s up at the tree house, even though it got destroyed, it is just as easy as snapping your fingers to fix it.” Jason said snapping his fingers.  I laughed at the lame joke, just to make him happy, if you haven’t noticed Jason is bad at making jokes.

“If you’re done with the lame jokes you can help me up.” I said extended my hand to him.  He grabbed my hand and yanked me up.  He yanked me up a little too hard, I flew and landed right on him, he caught me and was holding me and helping me keep my balance.  My cheeks burned so bad you could cook pancakes on them.

He stayed there holding me and looking into my eyes.  I couldn’t help but look back into his deep dark blue eyes.  It felt like forever in his arms, I hugged him back feeling really safe, knowing that he is always there for me.  My head was resting on his chest feeling like I could stay there forever, I never wanted to leave.

He pulled me back a tiny bit to look into my face again.  I lost control again and kissed him right then and there.  He kissed me back, I put my arms around his neck and he put his arms around my waist.  We stayed in the kiss that seemed like for hours, I never wanted to leave.  Jason pulled back and said, “We should get back to the tree house, it might be fixed now, and I feel bad leaving Luna to do all the work.”   “Your right, we should go.” I said feeling stupid, leaving Luna to do all the work.  We both picked up Zoie and started flying toward the tree house.
