“What, are you serious?” Brock asked his dark brown eyes widened.

“How can you tell.” Jason asked.

“I-I don’t know, it’s like he talked to me, but in my mind. He said I was the first one to die.” I responded, my body felt cold and I started to shiver. “Jason, I-I’m scared…” I started to lean my head against my head on his shoulder but he instead he stood me up.

“Saber, you can’t be scared.  No matter what I won’t let Blackout even touch you.” Jason said smiling at me.  The marble floor was making my feet feel numb; I couldn’t get over the fact of me dying.  My body frozen and I couldn’t look at Jason, what was wrong with me? I couldn’t even look at my own boyfriend that would die for me, which I would never let that happen.

“Saber?” I heard from behind me, the voice broke through my thoughts.  I flinched and turned my head sharply. Zoie and Chrissie were right behind me and they looked concerned.  “We have to get ready, he’s coming.” I said my voice breaking and I walked past them and I went into my room.  I closed the door behind me; I walked to my dresser and put on my clothes.

I sat on my bed to put on my sneakers. I finished tying my right shoe when Scribbles bumped his head on my back.  I looked behind me and saw big bug eyes looking at me.  Scribble’s tongue was sticking out of his mouth; he came closer to my face and licked my cheek.  I cringed my face and wiped the slobber off my cheek.

I walked into my bathroom and put my hair into my pigtails and walked out.  I opened the door to walk back into the living room with Scribbles trailing behind me.  I walked down the hallway, past the fountain and into the living room where I had left everyone.

“Has anybody seen Luna?” I asked looking around, because I haven’t seen her in a while.  Everybody looked around the room as well as if they didn’t notice either.  I started to look around the house when my ears were filled with high-pitched screaming.  I screamed and my knees hit the floor, my hands were over my ears.  But the screaming didn’t go away.  I felt hand on m shoulders but I didn’t look up, my eyes were squeezed shut from the pain in my head.

My eyes were filled in darkness, until I saw a little white light at the end.  The light grew bigger until it filled my vision, I saw Luna!  She was in a gray concrete room with dried blood over the walls, her clothes had been torn, she looked like she was beaten up, she was tied to a metal pole her hands and feet were tied with rope, and she had duct tape over her mouth.  Her eyes were closed as if she was dead, her wings were spread out against the pole, and they had red spots over them from the blood.

My eyes burst open as the screaming stopped; I struggled to get to my feet.  “Luna, she-she’s in trouble! Blackout has her; she has been beaten up pretty bad. We have to go save her!” I said and I started to jog towards the ledge when I felt a hand on my shoulder and it turned me around.   I looked and saw Jason looking at me weirdly, “Saber, you can’t just go off without thinking first.  We don’t even know where she is or if she’s even kidnapped, we go out with a plan instead of making things up as we go along.” He said as he pulled his hand off my shoulder.

I sighed, “Your right Jason.” I relaxed a bit and walked toward the couch and sat down and began to think.  I grabbed my hot chocolate that Jason made for me and took a sip, it cooled down but it was still warm enough to be a “hot chocolate”.  I began to think harder and hared until it hit like a baseball bat hitting a home run.  “I got it!” I exclaimed and I jumped up from the couch.  “Come on, I got an idea!”  I ran toward the ledge, spread out my wings and flew into the forest.
