In this chapter it's just going to be real brief discussing about business services and how to create your own unique offer. So it's time to establish your services. After looking at the competition you should have a pretty good idea of what you want to do.

Ideally you know that you would what you would like to offer and if you're going to focus in on one particular industry. So now you need to set up your own services. So first ask yourself how you would be different from the 10 million other online marketing companies out there. What will set you apart?

Maybe it will be your particular service. Well maybe it will be your particular approach really spend some time figuring out how you will stand out and you're going to need this as you discuss to potential clients. This and I'll tell you why this is important to think about because business owners are bombarded almost every day from companies like Yelp Facebook and others skewing and more all trying to get them to spend money on marketing.

Being able to concisely distinguish what sets you apart and how you will be able to help benefit your clients. This will help them decide to go with you over everybody else. This is vital. I can't I can't tell you how important this is. So again think of how you would distinguish yourself from the other businesses out there come up with a great benefit for your potential clients.

And then Hammerer this when you're busy selling before we get to defining your exact offer. Right now it's important to think about your business. From an operational point of view. So how do you want to do business? How much do you want to be involved with your clients?

How will you run the show? We will get into this more when we discuss about scaling in the next section. But for now it's important to think about it from a high level as you begin to establish your services. And now with that in mind you should make your offering clear cut so that that we your potential client is going to know exactly what they're going to get. You should make your services duplicable across niches and geography.

You should make it as easily outsourced. In other words it's easy to train members of your team how to do exactly what you want them to do. It's something that's easily sold. So the results speak for themselves. Let's say you get your amazing and getting people onto the first page of Google.

That's something that's very easily sold. It's also easy to get and show results. The faster the better. Let's say you can get people to the first page of Google in the first week of doing business with you. That's a very powerful proposition.

Now very realistic by the way. But that would be great if you're able to do that if you can achieve some kind of resource that gives them a mini and an immediate payoff. That's one of the best things you can do. So that's that for this section. Again think about how you can distinguish and create your own unique offering what you can offer potential clients.
