DAY OF THE ACCIDENT

Drastic sound of the ambulance, speeding its way to the hospital as the injured patient was running out of chance to stay alive.

Blood sheds like water, unstoppably from his head. The paramedics rush to give him the best first aid that they could offer, just to save the poor young boy.

Surprised by the sudden arrival of the patient, "Give way! We had a serious car crash patient here! MOVE! " The first-aider shouted as they pulled the young boy in a stretcher

"This is serious, proceed to the ER asap! " without further more discussions, the patient was quickly delivered in the emergency room for an immediate operation.

One member of the family soon arrived, crying out his heart in fear. He made way himself passed through the hallways and barged into the Emergency room. He got a short glimpse of his bleeding brother on the bed before the nurses started to grab him away from the ER.

" Taehyun-ah, it's hyung- GET OFF ME, hyung is here, you can't die, right, you cant-" The older male stated as he struggles to fight the nurses from their grip.

"Sir, we'll do everything we can please trust us and wait here" One of the nurses proceed to lock the doors. After then, the older male cries his eyes out and collapse on the floor.

Thoughts were made inside his head, and begun to spank his forehead into the wall, but not that hard to make it bruise. 'it's my fault, i shouldn't have let him drive, I'm such a stupid and irresponsible brother... very stupid soobin!'

Many Hours had passed and the older male nervously wait for the doctors to come out. He assured himself, No, He hope that every single hours was worth waiting for, he hope that his brother will soon be okay and when that happens he will be the best brother he could.

Despite of that hope he has, he can't remove the feeling of guilt and fear. The image of his brother bleeding and the fact that his brother was fighting against his own fate, almost kills the hope he was holding. Despite of that, he must stood strong.

"Guardian of Mr. Kang Taehyun, right? " The doctor finally moved out of the room and started to spoke with him. Soobin gently look the doctor but the nervousness in his eyes never left.

" I want to be frank now Mr. Kang, We saved him but he was in a deep comatose."

As soon as soobin heard those words he got so much feeling that makes his walls fall apart. He didn't know if it was a great or bad news, since comatose will not assure his brother's life.

"We have been told that he got hit by a ten wheeler truck, it's almost a luck that he survived. The damage had a huge impact in his brain, nerves are critically damage and his skull almost cracked to the impact. Due to that circumstances, too much blood was lost, so we would like to ask if you know someone who can donate blood for him."

The doctor stated completely but Soobin took time to swallowed all the information in his head.

" I'm his brother, take everything you can " Soobin stated and quickly signed the waver of blood donation.

For him, he will not hesitate to give his brother everything in order to live. He didn't care whether if he crawl on the street just to beg for money, or to sell everything that he had. He will make sure that his brother will have that life support until he finally wakes up.

As for now, Soobin transfered his brother into a middle class room to prevent further expenses. Still, the operating machine and the life support itself makes the hospital bills heavy.

At mere age of 17, Soobin gave up school to work. He didn't think to pulled back to give up his brother, he will try his best to provide sufficient money for Taehyun. Because, If it wasn't him? Who will?

The two of them are already abandoned by their own parents, the two males live in a decent apartment lend by their older cousins. Luckily they have other relatives to help them but in this case, asking for too much help is not right. But can you think of any more ways how?

"Uncle/Auntie, I'm on my knees begging to you. Taehyun's medical expenses are too high, and i can't support it for the first 3 months since I just got a job. I'm really sorry to ask you for Taehyun's financial support."

These words became his foundation to collect enough funds for Taehyun's medical expenses. He started different jobs, he went as a servant, a salesman, a tutor..... any decent jobs that he found possible to do so.

Character builds inside of the Older male, as he was tested by life, he begun to grow. He became more reliable and humble at all times, despite of the mockings that he had received.

"Taehyun ah, Hyung is now here!" Soobin said entering the young male's room. He placed a bouquet of flower right on the table and set himself to the chair.

Today was a hard day for the older, even though he was pampered at work, he still need to keep his smile on his lips, he manage to show his jolly features despite that his brother can't consciously see him.

"How's sleeping? It's tiring isn't it? Still, I hope that you're doing great. Hyung earned much today, enough to pay your expenses this month! I met a nice older woman earlier and she was very kind to give me a generous tip." Soobin said as he gently caressed his brother's hand.

Soobin spend his spare hours with his brother before going again to a different work. He make sure to talk to him and tell his daily stories, He often plays music and let the perfume roam into the room. In hopes of getting a quick response from the younger.

After that long day, the smile from his face falls off and suddenly a tear falls on the older's eyes. At this moment he cannot conceal how it hard life feels like. He lean his head into the bed, visibly tired. "Please wake up quickly my beloved brother, because Hyung might go crazy, he missed you so much"
