" then try to lift the other hand, open.. close? Alright.." therapy started right after days Beomgyu woke up. It is said that it was a miracle for the boy to woke after showing signs of death. Nonetheless, his loveones we're very grateful for the chance given to him.

Taehyun has always been by his side since the awakening, but he can say that the older seems distant to him. He thought that maybe Beomgyu just needed time to adjust and recover. No matter what, he swear that he will not let anything happen to Beomgyu again.

"Mr. Kang?" The therapist wrap the session and proceed to give feedback on Beomgyu's improvement. "His upper joints and muscles are starting to recover, however it would take time for the lower body to act the same, as it  was the most affected area of the incident."

"Do what you must ma'am, we'll attend all his therapies, he'd be happy to be okay again." Taehyun responded politely.

"Gladly, I'll see you both on Sunday" Taehyun bowed and assist the doctor out of the door. He take a glimpse of his lover through the glass window and exhale a deep breath. Taehyun can't help but to feel out of the blues, it's true that Beomgyu came back however, the silence of the older was very concerning. He was distant and never bright as before, it looks like he's completely a new person.

Sadness and distress, he can feel it from Beomgyu's eyes. He knows that the older is still holding the burden of every missery that happens years ago. He knows that Beomgyu was sorry, and he knows that he is trying to cope and hold on. Taehyun can do nothing but to stay by his side until he gets better, until the end. Even if the older will try to push him away, he would always come and hold his hands like a promise.

After all who can stop them now? They've come so far.

Taehyun knock gently to the door and slowly slid himself in. Beomgyu simply just stared into him without saying any word, or any emotions from his face. " Hungry? What do you prefer for lunch?" He asked.

No answer.

"I know that you hate the hospital's porridge  its too bland and besides it will not give you enough nutrients, so... Is there anything you want? I can get it for you"

Then there was a small voice came from his lips, almost a whisper, it was the first word that Taehyun heard from Beomgyu today. "I want to rest"

The refusal scratch taehyun in the heart, but it's okay, he'll endure it, he'd be patient for the both of them. "Okay, I'm outside if you need me" Taehyun carefully tucked Beomgyu inside his blankets, he reach down to adjust the pillows behind close enough for the faces to meet. Finally, their eyes locked and speak for longingness as their lips craved for love. The feels set them back from where it started, the beat of their hearts move them to where they supposed to begin, again.

Taehyun press his lips into the older's forehead, and whisper "rest now my love, now and even in dreams, I'll be with you" before taehyun leave the room, tears rolled out from Beomgyu's eyes, "I'm sorry"

The younger turn his feet to cage the older with a heartfelt embrace, holding close and very dearly. "Forgive me too, my love" Beomgyu slowly detached himself from taehyun, he caressed his face and one again, he saw Beomgyu flush a gentle smile. "I forgive you, Taehyun"

The moment stops the tick of the clock, and every pain from the past vanish from their chest.  The power of those words made them stood from their sore feet, and move forward to start a new.

To my beloved Taehyun:

Hello! I'm Choi Beomgyu, it may be the first greetings you receive from me since we prefer to skip the basics back then, but it doesn't matter anymore, cause from this day forward, I'll be very much happy to introduce my name with your surname on it.

It's been years since there's a creep following me, or should I say years since we met haha. I don't know how things click for the both of us, as you and I are very. Some may call it destiny but I think it is because we perfectly fill each other's shortcomings. You became my other half, to complete.

The years we've been together was very worth remembering, despite of the struggles, hardships and even near-death situations that we've been through, we never give in.

We fight together and we will do everything together from now on, I promise to make the remaining years of our lives meaningful and worth living for. I'm so excited to make it up to the years that we'd lost and this time we will never let go.

Let Love and trust bind our strings tight, after all, i know that despite having lots reason to leave, we'll always find ourselves choosing to stay.
