"After that incident, You've been in a serious coma Taehyun"

Awake, but Taehyun's senses are a bit strange. His body is very sore, his mouth felt drained and he's having a hard time to see things or hear voices clearly. However, as the doctor tries to explain his condition, words start to rang into his head multiple times, which makes him want to explode from shock.

" What year is today? " he ask gently hoping for a great answer.

The doctors seems find it hard to speak, instead they pointed the digital clock beside the hospital bed. Taehyun touch the clock and it lit up, the time and year appeared on the screen. It's 2021.

Doctors begun to calm him down as they saw the patient in an actual terror and shock. Taehyun can't barely remember how the hell did he got into that state of coma since his memory was still glitching and it is very hard for him to absorb things.

However, the emotional factor drives him crazy, both in pure anger and stress.

"He will be needing lots of therapy. The patient was still on the first stage of awakening and his brain is still on the process of healing due to the serious shock and trauma."

Soobin nodded wiping his tears, slowly kneeling on the side of his brother's bed. He caressed Taehyun's hair gently making the younger look at him blankly.

" Will be engaging and attending therapies Doctor-nim...and-"

Suddenly, in the middle of their conversation, Taehyun spring up, trying to move himself out of bed.

" Beomgyu. Hyung, I need to see Beomgyu." Taehyun stated making Soobin and the doctors stare at him on question.

"Beomgyu is probably waiting for me, I can't let him wait any longer hyung.."

Soobin as well as the doctors find it hard to understand what does Taehyun wanted to tell, they didn't even knew who is the person the younger is talking about, after all Taehyun was just laying on the bed for 5 consecutive years, so there's no way for him to met someone, unless..

" Hey hey, Who's Beomgyu?" Soobin ask gently and the younger male release a soft laugh looking his brother's unreadable face.

" He's my Husband hyung, and......" Taehyun said but suddenly a part of his memory came back to his senses. " No, no! he's...dead no Beomgyu! I need to see Beomgyu! Beomgyu! " Taehyun threw his dextrose and start to lift himself off to bed.

Doctors grab him forcedly back to the bed before he fell from out of balance and unstable legs. But the younger is very tough, he kept yelling the boy's name, crying like his life depends on it, he scream loudly up until his throat got hoarse.

The nurse had enough and gladly inserted the syringe to manage the situation. Soon Taehyun calm down, still tears are uncontrollably rolling down through his face.

Soobin witness his brother's violent and awful act, he didn't knew what's happening and he can't understand anything. He was very worried.

" Doctor-nim- "

" Soobin,.... Medically speaking Coma patients are not supposed to be dreaming since some parts of the brain not in full function. However, Like other comatose patients always said, they really dreamt about something in their heads while in a deep sleep.* "

" So you're saying that he Builds a life inside his head? And after all he believe that he's living normally without knowing he's actually on coma!? "

The doctors nodded, sighing. "We will release therapy schedules in a few hours. And We still need to monitor him until his full recovery. For now, help him remember the basic information he needs to know. " The doctors stated and all of them exited the room. Including Yeonjun who stand and witness all of the scenes.

Soobin stare at his brother who was crying silently on his bed, " Taehyun ah~ "

" What's the purpose of life if Beomgyu is now dead. "

Soobin sigh in frustration, he didn't knew where to start or how to explain that He's now back on the real world and No Beomgyu has died and exist in his life while on coma.

" Listen to hyung please~ " Soobin grab the younger's and making it look again into his.

" Taehyun, you've got a serious accident 5 years ago which leads you to years of comatose. I don't know if you remember anything before the incident but i just want to tell you that..... Your current memory is not the reality Taehyun, the person you think you have met is not actually real. You create an imaginary world inside your head tyun~ and i am sorry to say this to you, i just want you to realize" Soobin said but nothing, no reaction has been given or shown from the younger. He just continue to cry and buried himself into the pillows.

"I'm sorry, I'll let you rest " Soobin pulled Taehyun's blanket up to the shoulders, he pat his brother's head and leave the room to give the younger some space to evaluate.

Taehyun just cried and cried for hours, he didn't stop. He lost Beomgyu, He's twisted, He can't process the comatose things and everything in particular. Reality or not, it's just, all of it makes him suffer.
