The repeating fate: truth 2/2

As Beomgyu opens his eyes,  it's already night time.

Beomgyu slowly sat up and recall what happened earlier. sadness occupied him once again and just hug a pillow as a comfort.

Tears slowly fall on his cheeks, wondering how did Mi yoon and him end up doomed like this. Change, Is it still possible for his cousin to change? At this point, Beomgyu's hope had fallen into zero. It's a matter of there's more to fix or there's completely nothing at all.

"Beomgyu?" Taehyun open the door and saw his boyfriend on the bed, spacing out as tears falls down from his eyes. The younger male sigh and slowly move himself closer to the older. He place his hand on Beomgyu's head and make it lean on his shoulders. The older notices the warmth that hugs him and so he cried even more, wanting all the pain to release

"Taehyun... I'm so tired of Mi Yoon, I'm so tired of her" Beomgyu shed his tears.

"I know.... I'm here to listen, let it out, cry and lean on me until it gets better" Taehyun softly tap his hands on the older's back, as the other hand caresses his hair softly.

They spent minutes of crying, until Beomgyu tone it down on small sobs. Taehyun was so angry and sad to see Beomgyu like this, it brings back the memory on his coma phase where Beomgyu also suffers from different life scenarios, but this time is different, Beomgyu seems like he's baring more than he thought.

Maybe Soobin was right, they need to go somewhere that Mi yoon will never find them. Somewhere that they can love freely and just be happy. Very Ideal it is, after all it's not bad to want better days for them.

"Hmmm...Thank you hyunie" Beomgyu slowly pulled away from Taehyun's arms and look down on his toes not wanting to meet the doe eyes.

"Look at me, love" Taehyun lift Beomgyu's chin and clasps their fingers locked. He give the best and assuring smile on Beomgyu which made the older softly smile.

After then, a long deep breath came from Taehyun and started to speak.

" 5 years ago, my soul was cut of from my body, setting it's journey to the other side of the world. In my head, there's a lovely couple, it was all perfect. of course they also had struggles and hard times but their love binds them everytime making their relationship stronger. Eventually, they got married, it brings the happiest years in their life. Both were successful, both had freedom."

" Is that us Taehyun? " Beomgyu asked and Taehyun answer with a smile

"Yes, we are happily married to extent that I don't wanna wake up from the coma phase. I just wanted to be with you. Until, that one moment...Mi Yoon, ruin our relationship, pretend that I'm having her as a mistress. That was the moment where it crashes my hearts apart, seeing your first cry which I never did for the years we are together. I tried to explain everything to you back then, but Mi yoon fully control your mind. It took weeks of no conversation, until the day i beg for you to stay in our house, of course you refuse and drove far away. Little did i knew that was the last time I will saw you. As they announced your death, is the exactly moment I came back to life"

"Taehyun..." Beomgyu was speechless and run the younger's hand.

"I didn't want to wake up Beomgyu..because I thought that I lose you completely and there's no way to get you back again. I thought It was all in my head. But I guess the heavens give a chance on us, that is why we are together, I found you again, and I promise this time I'll make sure that Mi Yoon, fate or whatever it may be can break us apart. Call me anything you want but I would rather die, than to live without you Beomgyu. "

Beomgyu smile from Taehyun's last words as he felt that the younger mean it so much. However, he felt so bad about Taehyun's experience and somewhat afraid of what lies ahead of them.

"I'm still scared Taehyun, what if it's just repeating, from these patterns of scenarios we are having right now, Taehyun I'm so scared, what if-"

Taehyun place a hand on his lips and slowly lean to kiss it shut.

"It won't, I will never let things happen again. Our fate is in our hand, it's not that we will defy it but rather change it on what favors us. Trust me,  we will work things better than last time."
