"Now, for this reason the ministry sees it fit to make a new rule and to explain all of this we have Mr. Barty Crouch-" Headmaster says

"Hey isnt that the man who said we were-" Ron tries asking but gets cut off by sudden lightening and thunder casting down from the main halls sky

Students scream and duck down trying avoid the lightening but someone makes it stop

I quickly duck down a bit with hands over my head however Harry puts his arms over my head in a protective way "I dont see why your protecting me Mr. Potter, its always you who needs the protection" i huff

"Well Miss. Black it seems you and i are always getting into trouble together so i see exactly why i am" Harry grins at me and i huff

I turn my head to see who stopped it

"Its Madeye moody" Ron whispers

"You mean Alaster Moody? The Auror?" Hermione asks also in a hushed tone

"Auror?" Dean and i ask in unison

"Its a dark wizard capturer, half the cells in Azkaban are filled because of him" Ron whispers and i form my mouth in an O shape

"Isnt he known to be mad as a hatter now?" I ask as i have heard a few things of him and Ron nods

The whole hall remains quiet as the man with a cane and robotic eye limps from behind the other staff and faculty

He walks up to Dumbledore and shakes his hand

"My dear old friend, thanks for coming" I hear Dumbledore say and Madeye makes a comment about the ceiling

We all watch Madeye closely as he walks over towards a corner and pulls out a flask from his coat

"What do ya think hes drinking?" Seamus asks

"I dunno...but i dont think its pumpkin juice" Harry says and i nod my head in agreement

"Hogwarts! Lets entertain our friends in the best we can, all stand-!" Headmaster shouts and i groan knowing whats about to happen as most kids stand up but i remain sitting

"Mystro please!" Dumbledore shouts again and i bang my head on the tanle repeatedly as i hate this stupid song

"Hogwarts! Hogwarts! Hoggy warty hogwarts, teach us something please! Either we be old and bald or young with scabby knees-!" I groan rubbing my head until Ron kicks my knee which gives me a hint to stand up

"Kick me again Ronald and you wont have a leg to kick me with!" I glare at him and he gulps as he finishes singing the song with the rest of hogwarts

"Alright ladies and gents! Please! Enjoy! To our guests, feel free to be seated anywhere you wish " Dumbledore anounces and everyone cheers as they sit down

I look around to see if Blondie is anywhere and instead i see most of durmstrang which makes me sigh

"Ello?" I hear from the other side of me and i look up at the girl from earlier

"Is it alright if i sit here with you all? Me name is Melody Delacore" She smiles softly and does a small little curtsy

"Umm right yes of course" I move ron farther down the table so Melody could sit down

"Mm Hey!" Ron protests with some food in his mouth and Melody giggles as Harey scoffs

"I rather enjoyed the song by the way, i noticed you were dreading it" Melody giggles and i chuckle a bit
