I can do this. I can do this. I told myself, as I was standing outside Ellie's apartment building.

I ring the buzzer for Ellie's apartment.

"Hello?"

"Hi princess," I said.

Nothing.

"Princess?"

"What do you want?" She asked impatiently.

I chuckled. "Can I come up princess?"

"Why?"

"I want to talk to you," I said.

"Why?"

I laughed. "Honey, I think it would be wise if you let me up."

"Why?"

Oh damn it. This woman drives me crazy. "Ellie..." I groan.

"Yes?" She asked sweetly.

"Let me come up, honey," I said.

Nothing...

Then I heard the buzzer.

I chuckled while shaking my head.

I reach the third floor and I knock on her door.

"Who is it?" She called out, while giggling.

I chuckled. "Open the door, babe."

"No," she said stubbornly.

"Ellie..." I groaned.

"What if you're a bad guy?" She asked.

This woman will be the death of me. "Princess, open the door," I ordered.

"I don't take very well with commands," she said.

"Ellie, open the damn door."

"Ask nicely," she retorted.

"Ellie, open the fucking door!" I growled.

"Say please," she said stubbornly.

This woman is driving me insane. "Please open the damn door," I said.

"Just because you said please, I'll ignore your tone and choice of words," she said. Then I heard her unlocking the chain and the door.

Fuck. I can't breathe.

She looks so damn beautiful and sexy.

I'm going mad. Since when does a hello kitty night wear sexy?

She snapped her fingers at me. "Marco!"

"Huh. What?"

"Are you okay?" She asked.

"Yeah. You look beautiful," I blurted out.

She burst out laughing.

Did I say something funny? "Care to share the joke? I asked.

She shook her head.

"What are you doing here so early in the morning, Castellanos?" She asked as she walked back inside the apartment.

I frowned. "It's 10 am," I said.

"Your point?" She asked as she crossed her arms across her chest.

"That's not early," I said.

"It is to me," she jutted out her chin. Daring me to argue with her.
