Ellie
"You have an amazing kitchen," I gushed. Goodness, I'd love to have a gourmet kitchen like this.
"Thank you," he grinned cockily.
"So, you really cook?" I asked. I still can't believe he actually cooks.
He waved the chicken and pasta in his hands and smirked.
I laughed. "Sorry, I... You just don't seem like the type."
"Type?"
"Yeah. I wouldn't have pegged you as domesticated."
"What is my type exactly?"
"Oh, you know. The one who either eats out or have a cook, cook for them."
"I like to cook," he shrugged. "But, I do have a cook, and I do usually eat out, but only because, I'm usually working late nights."
"Would you like some wine?" He asked.
"Yes, please," I said.
"Red or white?"
"White," I said.
He grabbed a couple of wine glasses from the cabinet and laid it on the bar. Then he grabbed a bottle wine from the cooler.
I can't help but watch his every move. The way his shirt clings to his body is drool worthy. The way he moved is mesmerizing.
He filled out glasses with wine.
He picked up his wine glass and took a sip. I was so enthralled by his movement. The way he tilt his head back to take a sip of the delicious wine. And the movement of his throat as the wine went down.
It was hypnotic.
When he tilt his head back our eyes collide.
He smirked.
Busted.
I looked away immediately and he chuckled.
"Look all you want sweetheart," he said cockily.
I feel my self blush crimson.
"So. I hope pasta's okay for you?"
I nodded.
"Great."
"Can I help?" I asked.
"Yes. Sit there and look beautiful," he said.
I rolled my eyes. "I'm serious, I wanna help," I said.
"Princess, I want to cook for you. Let me," he pouted.
I laughed. "I can't believe you pouted."
He shrugged and grinned.
This is a completely new side of Marco. I've never really seen him so laid back and playful. Yes, he likes to tease, but this is different. He's being... Romantic and thoughtful.
"So, tell me what you've been doing at the women centre."
I blinked a few times. I was so caught up in gazing at him, that I almost didn't hear his question. "Oh. Well, I'm actually just doing whatever they need me to do. But I'm thinking about starting an art program for them. I've talked to a few women to find out what interests them, and few of them actually enjoys art. I love to paint, so I figured I could teach a class or two."
"You paint?" He asked.
I nodded and smiled. "I haven't painted in a long time though. Ever since, I graduated from college, I wanted to see the world. Travelling isn't really ideal for painting. I'm always on the go. I take pictures though. It's one of my passions as well. I guess that's also why I wanted to travel for a while. I wanted to see the world and capture the beauty of every place I visit," I said.
