Ellie

This is where he lives?

The front door opened and there he was looking so handsome like always.

He gave me his cocky grin, that never fails to make my heart flutter.

I move towards him. He held out his hand for me.

I tentatively put my hand in his.

"I can't believe you live here," I said.

"Not what you expected?" He asked.

I shook my head. "No."

He smirked. "What did you expect?"

"I expected a penthouse somewhere. This doesn't really scream bachelor billionaire playboy," I said.

He chuckled. "I do have a penthouse in the city, but I like it here. It's quiet and it's away from prying eyes," he said.

"I guess. With all the women you get involved with you'll need a..."

He pulled me tight towards him making me gasp.

"I don't bring women to my home," he growled.

"Just your penthouse then," I threw back.

He squeezed me tighter. "No. I don't think you understand me. I. Don't. Bring. Women. To. My. Home."

I snorted.

"You're the only woman I've ever brought to my home, Ellie," he said.

I snorted again and rolled my eyes.

"Ellie..." He growled as he pulled me closer.

Okay so he's serious.

"Why?"

"Why what?

"Why don't you bring women to your home?"

"Are really going to talk about this? On our first date?"

"This is a date?" I asked teasingly.

"This is a date, princess," he said.

I smiled. "So...?"

"So...?" he mimicked.

I frowned.

I really want to know why he doesn't bring women to his home. A part me doesn't believe that. He's been with a lot of women and I find it hard to believe that he doesn't bring them to his place.

I wait patiently for him to answer me. Quite frankly I don't mind staying like this a while longer. I love being in his arms.

I waited and he simply stared at me.

Oh screw it.

"Tell me!" I demanded.

He raised his eyebrows in surprise. Then he sighed and said, "Because they're going to get the wrong idea. I like the fact that I'm able to leave when I want to. I don't like the morning afters. It deludes women into thinking we're more than what we are."

I stiffened. Is that what I am to you? A body to warm a bed. Is that all you want?

"Stop," he said firmly.

I looked at him with surprise.

"You are not one of those women. You must know that by now Ellie. I brought you here because, you're not one of those women, so stop thinking that you're going to be one of them. Stop thinking about them. Stop comparing yourself to them, because they fail in comparison to you. I've never wanted anyone as much as I want you. Yes, okay. I've been with a lot of women, but they meant nothing to me. They knew that."
