Marco

I tap my knife on my wine glass, to get everyone's attention.

"I've prepared something really special for my wife this evening. Something, I should have done a long time ago."

I kissed Ellie on her temple before I walk over to the piano off to the side where the live band is.

I look over at Ellie and found her wiping her tears.

Ellie was right. Remembering doesn't have to hurt.

I took a deep breath and placed my fingers on the keys, and played and sang Groovy Kind of Love by Phil Collins.

"When I'm feeling blue, all I have to do. Is take a look at you, then I'm not so blue.

When you're close to me, I can feel your heart beat. I can hear you breathing in my ear.

Wouldn't you agree, baby you and me got a groovy kind of love

Anytime you want to you can turn me onto. Anything you want to, anytime at all

When I kiss your lips, ooh I start to shiver. Can't control the quivering inside.

Wouldn't you agree, baby you and me got a groovy kind of love.

When I'm feeling blue, all I have to do Is take a look at you, then I'm not so blue

When I'm in your arms, nothing seems to matter. My whole world could shatter, I don't care.

Wouldn't you agree, baby you and me got a groovy kind of love
We got a groovy kind of love
We got a groovy kind of love, oh
We got a groovy kind of love"

When I was finished. She stood up and walked over to me.

Tears were continuously falling on her face.

I stood up and met her half way. I picked her up and hugged her to me.

"I love you," she said.

"I love you," I said and I kissed her.

Ellie

I am so overwhelmed with love and happiness. I had no idea that Marco was going to play the piano for me tonight. In front of everyone no less. And he sang too. He actually sang. And he has an amazing voice.

"You didn't tell me you could sing," I told him, while we were back on our seat enjoying our dinner.

"Princess, it's not something I like to share," he said.

"But you did. In front of everyone," I said.

"Because I love you. I'd do anything for you," he said and kissed me.

"I'm so happy. Thank you," I said my voice rough with emotion.

"Anything for you, princess," he said and kissed my temple.

Marco

"Congratulations again, man," Jason said.

"Thanks, man. Thank you for knocking some sense into me," I said.

"You're welcome. I'm so happy for the both of you," he said.

I didn't miss the sadness and pain in his eyes. I've been watching him. He's always looking at Zarah.

My best friend has fallen in love and being stubborn about it.

"Why don't you go talk to her," I said pointing at Zarah.

He shook his head. "There's nothing to talk about."

I shook my head. "You're stubborn."

"Trust me. She's better off without me in her life," he said before walking off.

I sighed.

I looked over to where my Ellie is dancing with her father.

I'm glad that they were able to patch things up as well.

I grinned. Come to think of it. We owe our happiness to Dominic. If it weren't for his offer, I would most likely still be fighting my feelings for Ellie.

I walk over to them, to claim my wife.

"May I cut in," I said.

"You take care of my daughter."

I nodded. "With my life," I said.

He smiled and clapped on the back.

"Hey wife," I said with a cocky grin.

"Hey, husband," she said. "I haven't told them yet," she said.

Ellie told me she was pregnant, the night we got back together. Ellie was supposed to tell me that day when I confessed everything to her.

"Ara is the only one who knows. She guessed this morning. She said that I had this glow. I guess it's the same one she has," Ellie said with a chuckle.

"You do glow, sweetheart. I can't wait to share the news with everyone," I said.

"By the way. Don't tell anyone yet, but Ara told me that they're having twins!" Ellie exclaimed.

"Really? That's amazing."

"Yes. I'm really excited for them. It's going to be crazy. There's going to be 3 babies in the family within a year. I'm excited to be giving birth so close to Ara. I'm happy that I get to share this experience together."

"Me too babe."

"Do you want a boy or a girl?" She asked.

"A girl. A girl that looks exactly like you. Although, if she's half as beautiful as you, I'm going to have trouble prying boys off of her... You know what, scratch that. I want a boy. A boy that looks exactly like you."

She laughed. "I don't know about that... Maybe a boy that looks exactly like you?"

I chuckled. "Healthy will do, tesoro."

She smiled. "Yeah. I don't really care as long as our baby is healthy."

"I love you, princess."

"And I love you," she answered back.
