RM POV

We named her Heather.

It suited her. And it suited her life.

What surprised me, is the fact that Jimin came up with it. He isn't the type that gets along with strangers. But not in a shy way, like Jungkook, though it is very shocking to see our youngest chat so freely with Y/N as if he had known her for years.

Jimin is the cold type. Nobody likes strangers, but Jimin has a different condition. He is cold to every new person he meets and would not trust them even a little until he knows every single detail about them. And that usually takes a while. But to suggest something so meaningful and relevant about someone other than the seven of us...was quite surprising.

I observed him while the others chatted happily while eating. He was silently eating his meal while taking occasional glances at the others. But whenever his eyes landed on Y/N, they grew cold. He still doesn't trust her, and has kept quiet about it, unlike Jungkook.

This cannot go on for long, or the team won't function to our peak efficiency. There must be a way to fix this. But that is up to Jimin. He does not like it when other people meddle in his business.

His eyes met mine, and I raised my eyebrows to let him know I acknowledged his distrust towards our newest member. He nodded so lightly it was almost not seen. He would take care of things from here on.

My eyes shifted back to the others. Y/N, JHope, Jin and Jungkook seem to be enjoying themselves. Taehyung joined with the occasional joke or laugh, while Suga watched them with eyes that shadowed his love for them. His mind seemed to be switching from his own thoughts to the topics spoken at the table.

I looked back at Y/N. I observed her features. She had a fairly sharp and feminine facial structure. She had curvy eyes, and long eyelashes. She was a little too slim, due to insufficient food. But something about her just....seemed familiar. It felt as if I had met her before. But that is impossible as I never ventured to Greysand before.

Time passed. Everyone had eaten and Y/N had been escorted back to her hut. Taehyung and Jungkook had also retired to their respective huts. JHope and Suga had offered to check on our ongoing project before sleeping. The only people left in the room now were me, Jin and Jimin.

"Explain." Jin prompted, referring to the matter of Jimin arriving late and with cuts and bruises.

"Hyung...the Blue Canary destroyed my trade ships. The ones sent to Brendan." Jimin said. I looked up immediately.

"Those ships are supposed to carry our food resources for the entire Southern part of the Island." I said. Jimin nodded.

"I received a message from the Bridgette that the ships had been looted and then bombed. The crewmen were safe, but everything was gone. And since it was a crucial resource, I took Beomgyu and a few of my crewmen to Brendan." He said.

"And?" Jin asked. He hated when people act rashly.

"We took back what was ours." Jimin said, meeting Jin's eyes. He stared for a while before continuing.

"After....a small fight. Hence the cuts. They sent one of their commanders to finish this mission. I finished him off. He won't be able to walk for the rest of his life." He said.

Jin sighed. "Look. I am not mad. But I am disappointed in you. You just rushed off without notifying any of us. I could see the urgency and the need, but you still had time to write a message or send a word to any of us or our first mates. This is also not the first time this has happened, Jimin." He said.

Jimin just nodded. He knew better than to argue with the eldest despite his rebellious behavior.

" I'm sorry Hyung. It won't happen again." Jimin said in a low voice.

"I really hope you keep your word this time." Jin said, stood up, and left the place. Then there was silence.

"Get the wounds treated properly, and go to bed. Tomorrow, we have to construct a plan." I said. Jimin nodded.

Usually I am the one that scolds the others, or lectures them. And Jin would be comforting them. But this time it was different. Jin has gotten more protective of the others ever since what happened 8 months ago. For the same reason Jungkook doesn't like women on board our ships. Everything has changed ever since....

Ever since Lee Ara had left. Or rather....been killed.
