"Save it. Y/N, this is where you come in." Captain Suga said.

"Yes, Captain?" I immediately answered, straightening. He looked a little uneasy, which made me dread the job he was about to give me.

"It is you who is going to go inside, and get RM out."

"......I'm sorry WHAT?!"

Y/N POV

"You have got to be joking." I said. Captain Suga sighed.

"Look, I don't want to send you into a cave full of drunken sea thieves either. But it's the only option we have. If anyone sees one of us, a Captain, here to retrieve the Mastermind of Bangtan, they will know something is wrong. And they will attempt to find out what it is, and hit us where we are vulnerable. We can't let that happen." He said.

I really want to help, but I really really did not want to go into that place. Not so soon.

"Well if I interrupted his meeting to take him back they would obviously know that something is wrong and it's big enough to need the Mastermind. So what's the point?" I asked.

I shouldn't have.

"Heather, please!" Captain Suga suddenly yelled. I flinched and a few heads turned in our direction.

"Hyung!" Hoseok hissed and eyed the people looking at us. They all turned away. I just looked down and stayed quiet.

"Just get the job done." Captain Suga said and turned away in frustration.

Why can't you just shut your mouth and follow orders? You already suck at this. Maybe it wasn't a good idea to join their 'cause'. But no backing down now.

"Yes Captain." I murmured. Then Hoseok turned me around to face him. Then he took something out from his jacket pocket. It was a necklace, with a black swan at the bottom.

"Wear this. It is a sign that you are a part of the Black Swan crew. When you find Captain RM, tell him quietly, so that only he might hear. Tell him that 'the nest has broken one of its twigs'." He said. I nodded and put on the necklace, the black swan dollar feeling like ice on my skin. Before I entered the tavern, Hoseok stopped me by putting a hand on my shoulder. His eyes help the slightest bit of sympathy.

"Try to act brave. And please be safe. We will be waiting on the ship." He said. I nodded again. Then I shot one last look at Captain Suga, took a deep breath, and walked into the cave.

The first thing I noticed was that it reeked of the smell of rum. It was a huge place and it was packed. My eyes did their job and wandered the huge cave for any sign of Captain RM. After about 2 minutes of searching, I finally found him. He sat at a table in the very corner of the tavern (can it even be called a corner? The tavern is roUnD) with a man opposite him. He seemed like a foreign man. They were talking about something seriously, both their cups of rum untouched.

Now I have to go there. Why does it have to be the farthest corner? (Again, can it be called a corner??? 🤔)

I took a deep breath--and started coughing. I hacked for a few seconds which made a few people look at me weirdly.

Darn this strong smell of rum. I just embarrassed myself.

After that coughing fit, I straightened and put on a poker face. If there is one thing I am good at besides stealing, it's acting like I belong somewhere. I have pretended to be in almost every occupation.

I took strong strides towards the corner table. People around me seemed to almost make way for me as I walked. But soon I made it all the way to my destination. It felt like I walked 30 miles even if it was barely 30 steps.
