Y/N POV

"......They did WHAT?!"

Jungkook yelled. I flinched at the sudden noise from a boy who is usually quiet as a mouse. Well. Unless he is in Captain mode. I quickly tried to calm him down.

"Jungkook-ah...it's alright now, the problem has been taken care of." I said in a small voice.

"Those bastards I swear-" he muttered and started pacing the room.

"Jungkook, calm yourself down." Captain Jin said, refilling my cup with water. We were seated in the Main House, discussing the events from today. Or inJungkook's case, yelling about it.

"Hyung! How can I be calm? They attacked in a place and time we least expected! And we had to calculate everything very carefully so as to not put Heather in danger on her very first mission! How did they even know? The routes they stole don't even cover the west...." Jungkook rambled on as he paced. Captain Jin sighed and sat down on the chair beside me.

"Jungkook I'm fine! And it's not like a ship has never been attacked before. And it could just be a coincidence. Enemies don't always plan before attacking. Sometimes the pirates just spot you and decide to shoot a huge metal ball at you because not all of them have the senses to use those brains of theirs for something actually productive." I said. Captain Jin cracked up beside me.

"Roasted..." he muttered and cracked up again and started laughing. His hilarious laugh started to crack me up too. Jungkook's lips twitched, but he tried to contain his laugh and look serious. But in a few seconds his bunny teeth were visible and giggles were coming out from his mouth.

"If all of you are laughing I sure hope it's something actually funny, unlike Captain Jin's bad jokes." Captain Suga stood at the door. Captain Jin immediately scowled at his remark.

"Not everyone has the sense of humor to understand my jokes. Some people have no sense of humor at all. Always lifeless like a stone." He said.

"What an accurate impression of yourself, hyung." Captain Suga said and sat down at the table. Jungkook and I silently watched the drama. Captain Jin rolled his eyes and got up from his chair.

"If you will excuse me, I have some business to attend to. Y/N, Captain RM will see you once his meeting is over." He said and walked out. I couldn't help but giggle at the petty argument between the Captains. This helped me relax a little after what happened during the mission. I stretched my arms and laid on the table.

"Hyung...do you have any idea how or why they attacked the S.S.Serendipity?" Jungkook asked. Captain Suga just hummed.

"It would pretty much be bad luck that they were at the same island as Jimin was. Then unfortunately they spotted his ship and started firing." He said. Jungkook finally sat down.

"But Hyung, we checked every island post to see if their ship would arrive. And men to report us if they did." He said.

"The ship wasn't theirs, Jungkook. They looted it." Captain Suga said. Jungkook nodded in understanding and leaned back in his chair.

"Sometimes, it just seems like nowhere is safe for us. Even our own home..." Jungkook mumbled. Captain Suga sighed.

"It's a part of our lives as Pirates. We are Criminals of the Sea. And we have countless enemies. Learning to deal with it is the hardest part." He said, and directed his gaze to me. I subtly nodded.

The door opened and Chan stood at the entrance. I knew what he was here for. I stood up and bowed to Captain Suga. Then I followed Chan to Captain RM's office. 

"I realise I haven't properly introduced myself. My name is Bang Christopher Chan but people just call me Chan or Chris. I'm Captain RM's loyal First Mate." He said and reached out his hand.
