Y/N POV

To say I was excited would be an understatement. I have wanted to go on an official mission ever since the Outpost problem. I wanted to go after I knew what to do and how to act, and execute the orders cleanly with a hundred percent success rate.

I had packed some necessities in a small bag given to me. I had braided my hair so it wouldn't get messy. I had some clothes made for missions but this was the first time I am wearing them.

It was a white shirt, with a tight black corset. It had a few accessories stitched on by Ms. Aerin. A layered white skirt flowed under it with a partition in the right. Tight leggings followed with black knee length boots. A leather strap was tied to my thigh which hoisted a dagger.

I took my bag and went out. I locked my cabin door and went towards the dock. I took confident steps and went to my destination. First I had to go to the Main House. I met Soobin on the way.

He had been recovering the past weeks and we had become quite close. He wished me luck and I smiled and ruffled his hair. Well....I still struggled since he was very tall-

The Main House was quite empty since it was just a little after dawn. Taehyung was there, wearing the coat that I had seen the first time I met him. He was going undercover today I guess.

He saw me standing and smiled at me. Then he grabbed a sword that was on the table and came towards me.

"This is your sword. I put it inside a leather sheath so you can carry it with you in case of emergencies." He said. Then he tied the leather strap around my hip and buckled it until it fit snug. I then heard someone clear their throat behind me. Captain Park stood at the entrance in his Captain Attire. It was all black leather and it really complimented his fair and smooth skin. He seemed to be staring at us with his sharp eyes.

"Everything set?" He asked. Taehyung nodded and went to get his bag. I stepped back a distance and took out my sword to get used to having it strapped to my hips. The sword glinted in the rising sunlight. I put it back inside the cover and waited for Taehyung.

"Hey." Captain Park called me. I looked at him. He reached out into his jacket pocket and pulled out a familiar piece of jewelry. The necklace with the black swan pendant.

"This is yours. From now on, you make yourself an official member of The Black Swan organization. That means from this moment onwards, there is no turning back." He said with a serious expression. I stared at it for a second. Then I took a deep breath and nodded, assuring him I am confident of my choice and that I will not be abandoning it.

Then, Captain Park stepped forward, and kept coming. Until he stood right in front of me. I just froze and stared at him for a second. Then he unhooked the necklace and brought it around my neck. I stood still as a statue as he tied the necklace. It again felt heavy and like ice on my skin. He was so close that I could feel his breath on my cheek. After a minute he stepped back and I could finally breathe again. I hope my face wasn't red.

"Let's go." I slightly flinched at Taehyung's voice behind me. Then I quickly nodded and followed Captain Park out. We walked through the quite empty streets. The few people that were awake greeted the Captains. And I caught a sight I so rarely see. Captain Park's smile. His eyes just close up when he smiles. Oh how I wish I could see it more often.

I spotted Minho as we passed the welding area and waved. He merely stared back and watched as I walked past the metal section. The dock then came into view. Captain RM and Hoseok were standing there, waiting for us. Hoseok
greeted me with his trademark smile as we arrived, giving me a burst of energy.
