Attitude (Because I swear Park loves mocking me)

Taehyung POV

"Okay. We have more than enough to last 6 months. I gotta say, our trading skills have gotten better." Jimin said. I nodded and lifted the last bag of rice over to the storage room. Then I dusted my hands and closed the door.

"I don't see Y/N anywhere...she is supposed to be training right about now." I said. I can almost feel the eyeroll in Jimin's voice as he said, "Maybe she took a break or something and went to her hut."

I highly doubt that. She never goes back till her training is over. And I can't find Yeonjun either...which is weird…

"Anyway, let's just inform hyung and go get some rest." Jimin said. I agreed and we went toward the welding area. There, we received information that Captain Suga had left for an impromptu mission and had taken his first mate with him. And Yeonjun had been there too. I found this very peculiar.

"Where would he have gone in such a hurry?" Jimin asked, mostly to himself.

"Are any of the other Captains here?" He asked.

The man that stood guard said, "I believe I saw Captain Jeon here to check the welding process in the absence of Captain Suga."

The both of us nodded and went to find Jungkook. We decided to split up to get the work done faster.

I was looking around the beach and the dock. But mostly everyone was just eating lunch. Oh right. Lunch. I quickly turned back and went toward the Main House. As expected, I saw Jungkook and Jin hyung seated at the table. But there was also another person.

"Soobin?"

I think I know why there was an impromptu mission.

Y/N POV

"That is the situation right now...we are waiting for your orders." I said. Captain RM just nodded, sitting in his usual pose, legs crossed and fingers intertwined under his chin as he leaned on the table.

"I think I know what to do. And this needs immediate action, so I am going to send the Daechwita to Ember right away for extra support. We need the Mikrokosmos' crew." He said.

Mikrokosmos as in...Captain Jeon's crew?

"It's better if you head back home with me. You're not quite ready for a mission, as you know." He said. I quickly nodded.

3 hours later

We're back home.

Finally.

As we descended the ship, Captain Jin, Captain Jeon, Captain Kim and Captain Park were waiting for us. Captain Jeon welcomed me with a cute smile, and the two Kims also wore warm smiles as they saw me. Captain Park, as usual, did not acknowledge me and had an expressionless face with his eyes on Captain RM. Of course, seeing the grim look on his face, everyone's smiles faded away. I suppose they all know the situation.

They all followed him to the Main House, probably to discuss plans. I decided to head back to my hut to rest after the long trip, since Captain RM told me I wasn't even near ready for a mission, especially such a big one. I stretched my body after the long hours of sitting. I walked slowly towards the beach, happy to be back, away from that creepy island.

I changed into something a little bit more comfortable, and went out to the beach. I sat on the sand and just admired the view. The outpost problem is stressing everyone out. But I sat in a blissful silence, quietly praying that everyone would turn out okay.

"I always get amazed by this view no matter how many times I look at it." A deep voice said behind me. I didn't look back and just smiled to myself.
