"_____?" Revali yawned as he walked into your room early the next morning, and he saw you completely wrapped in your blanket. "I want to apologize for yesterday. I should be listening to you. I appreciate you looking out for me, and I promise I'll start taking breaks for myself." He smiled softly, but that smile dropped when he didn't hear a response from you. "_____," He removed the blanket, just to reveal that it wasn't you, rather a bunch of pillows. "_____?"

Each strike you the lynel gave you a feeling of empowerment. You used to do this all the with your sister, and while it wasn't the same without her, you still carried your strength the same way you once did.
You had spent the entire morning at the castle's coliseum trying to unleash the triforce again, just wanting to feel your sister's presence. You were trying to be quiet though so you wouldn't alert Rhoam's guards.
You killed the beast, waiting for the malice on the side to create another one for you to practice on. But then you heard a sharp rito call. You heard Revali land behind you, but you didn't bother to look.
"_____! I was really worried you had gotten so mad you went to find Rhoam." He breathed, and you still didn't turn to face him.
"I almost did," You told him, and you heard him sigh. "But you're lucky I'm not as stubborn as you are." You felt his wings on your shoulders, and you gently pushed them off and turned around. "What are you doing here?"
"I came to apologize. I know I've been stubborn, and I know I shouldn't have gone against your wishes. I'm really sorry." His eyes pleaded with yours, and you smiled softly and kissed his head.
"I accept your apology." You then walked away, letting his wing slide out of your grip as you did.
"So, do you want me to take you home princess?" He asked, and you shook your head and kept your eyes on the pool of malice.
"I want to see my sister again first." You held your stance steady, and he sighed and walked over to turn you back around.
"Please, _____. I know you're still mad at me. I don't want you to be mad at me." He held your hand to his beak and pressed the tip gently to your ring. "You and I are supposed to be a team." You thought for a moment before reaching out to hug him. "I love you."
"I love you too." You whispered as you held him tightly. "If you want me to come home then I suppose I will now."
"Good. I've been missing my cuddles." He smirked a bit and you giggled with a slight blush going across your face - almost barely visible with how red your face already was from fighting so much.
You could hear a growl behind you turned around to face not one but four lynels. Four.
"Revali, I think we should-" He grabbed you as fast as he could and ran with you out of the coliseum, the lynels now chasing you. He then basically threw you into the water about 15 feet below the coliseum, and once you were above the surface again, you saw him pull out his bow. "Revali?! You can't do this by yourself!"
"Like I said! You're my first priority! Just don't drown down there!" He rushed back in, and you began swimming to find a way back up. You used the wind scrolls to give you a boost.
"Revali! Are you insane?!" You snapped as you stormed back inside, noticing him high above the lynels, aiming a bomb arrow towards the ground. He didn't answer, too lost in concentration to really hear you.
He released his arrow with a hesitant breath. It shot towards the four lynels, causing a rather large explosion for such a small arrow. The smoke that came towards you in a flood was something that you practically started choking on, trying to call for Revali but also trying to rid your lungs of the thick dust.
Once you could see a bit again, you could see Revali on his wings and knees in between the lynels. They all had their bows aimed at him as if they weren't even injured by the explosion.
"Revali!" You rushed over to him, falling to your knees as you stopped, now catching the lynels attention. They were about to shoot. You had nothing but instinct.
The huge explosion of yellow and white you created from your right hand was the only thing that prevented you and Revali's demise.
It was so fast you barely felt it happen, meaning you also didn't even feel Amirah. She was always there during the explosion in a way, but this wasn't the same as the last time when you felt her guard over you. This time was just a slight presence.
"Revali...?" You glanced over at your fiancé, who was lying on the ground next to you, panting. "Are you okay?! Talk to me! I'm gonna get you home, okay? I'll call the Hyrulean doctors, I'll-"
"I'm alright, my love." He coughed. You sighed, helping him sit up a bit, only for him to fall back again, using your leg as a pillow now. "I'll find a way for us to get home." He tried to get up again, but you coaxed him to lay back down.
"We forget to check on the both of you for one day?" Eagle scoffed as he and Orville walked in, both seemingly unamused with the picture before them. "Come on. We'll get you home."
You and Revali allowed Eagle and Orville to take you both home since neither of you could really even walk, but with that favor, you had a lot of explaining to do once you got back.
