YEONJUN POV

I was laying in my room trying to fall asleep when my phone rang loudly from my nightstand, startling me slightly. "God, who wants to talk to me at this hour?" I asked myself as I looked at the clock to see it was about 9 in the evening. My phone screen flashed up.

'The devil himself'

So it's Taehyun who wants to talk to me.

I clicked the big green answer button, holding the phone to my ear with anticipation until I heard Taehyun's voice.

"Junnie, you there?" I heard him ask.

"I'm here, now why do you need me at such an ungodly hour, I want my beauty to sleep at some point tonight you know" I said. What can I say? I need good sleep.

"Right um so...is there a place you could meet me, Kai and Gyu? We kinda need to see you" Taehyun asked. At the beginning of the phone call I had been quite teasing but he sounded serious. He wasn't trying to mess around.

"How urgent is my presence on a scale from 'I need you like my ramen' or 'I need you like I need my boyfriends'. Because unless you need me like you need your boyfriends we may end our conversation soon, im hella tired" I asked with a yawn.

"Oh it's my boyfriend's level of need and you know how much I need my babies" Taehyun responded in a rush.

"Topic?" I asked. I want to know why he wants me so badly. Did he do something bad? Did someone die? Did he forget that his back door slid instead of opening like usual and now he's locked out? I need my reason.

"Choi Soobin" Taehyun stated blankly.

Upon hearing that name my heart sank. Was something wrong with Soobin? Did he get hurt? What could have happened?

"Place and time?" Taehyun asked urgently, clearly wanting to see me as soon as he physically could.

"20 minutes, Wishlist cafe, if you don't know where it is look it up and don't be late" I instructed as I turned to autopilot mode. I may be mad at Soobin but if something worrying is going on believe me I will always be around for my boyfriend, no matter the situation.

"Got it, we'll be there," Taehyun assured before hanging up.

Shit shit shit shit.

TIME SKIP
TAEHYUN POV

Me, Kai and Beomgyu were sitting in this cafe. It was quiet, not many people around, it made the environment and feeling of this situation worse.

"Hi im Seonghwa, your server, can I get you guys anything?" Seonghwa asked. "Oh umm just 4 waters please, we're waiting for someone" Beomgyu said with a small smile. "No problem" the man named Seonghwa said as he hurried off to the back without any more conversation.

As he disappeared the door opened and a very concerned Yeonjun came rushing in with tired eyes. He slammed himself down at our table and looked at each of us before exhaling heavily.

"Hello to you too," Kai said, trying to lighten the mood. "Of course I mean hello it's my first time seeing you in what feels like forever, I missed you soooo much" Yeonjun whined as he held onto Kai's hand tightly.

"Alright get your mitts off my boyfriend, he's supposed to be mine" Beomgyu joked happily. Yeonjun narrowed his eyes playfully before laughing warmly.

We were interrupted when that Seonghwa guy returned but this time freezing as he saw Yeonjun's face. "Oh Yeonjun, nice to see you again" Seonghwa smiled as he lowered his tray onto the table next to us.
