THE NEXT DAY
SOOBIN POV
This chapter does include multiple mentions of blood, violence and other disturbing things, please skip it if it makes you uncomfortable (its also a very long chapter)

The next morning I awoke to Yeonjuns head resting peacefully on my shoulder, his arms wrapped around my waist from behind. I smiled.

I used past tense for a reason. Smiled.

Because that smile quickly faded into a mess. The feeling of paranoia.

Today was a school day, we have about an hour. I prodded Yeonjun's cheeks making his eyes flicker open, sparkling in the early morning light. "Morning love, are you feeling better?" Yeonjun asked as he softly kissed the side of my face.

I shook my head. It wasn't a lie that I wasn't feeling right. My stomach felt like it was doing backflips, my brain like it was eating away at itself with paranoia.

"You're still feeling bad? Aww baby, are you going to skip school today?" Yeonjun asked with care and genuine concern in his voice. I just nodded my head again, it was like I couldn't form words.

"I've got to get to school, me and Kai need to work on our dance for the show but I don't want to leave you here alone" Yeonjun said, clearly conflicted by his situation. "You go to school bub, I'll just stay here, I'll be okay" I croaked out, trying to come across as ill as I could. "Are you sure?" Yeonjun asked, one of his eyebrows raised.

"I'm sure bub, you need to do your dance thing" I insisted. I didn't want it to come across as me trying to push him away but that's exactly what I was trying to do.

"If you insist, but rest, don't go around doing stuff because you need to get better. For some reason our group of friends is very good at not being in school and I think Mr Hwang thinks we're dead half the time" Yeonjun said jokingly, lightening the darkened mood just a bit.

I laughed a little before Yeonjun went back to his seriousness. "I'm not messing Mr Choi, rest up, I don't like seeing my baby unwell. I've gotta go but I'll message you during lunch break" Yeonjun said. I nodded my head and hid myself under the covers as far as I could.

"Pff I'm dating a literal child" Yeonjun giggled as he left the room.

I tore my head out from the covers, my hair now in more of a mess than it already was.

If the others really are planning on going to WIshlist cafe next week I need to get Hongjoong and Seonghwa out of there and fast and still somehow get away with it and there's only one way to do that.

Break them

And how can I do that? A lot of effort

And all of this needs to be done in a week.

Long story short im fucked unless I start now. Like, right now.

I jumped up from bed and threw a gray sweatshirt over my head and a matching pair of tracksuit bottoms before leaving my room.

I picked up a hairbrush from the kitchen counter and quickly made myself presentable before throwing on a pair of slippers and heading out the back door towards where Seonghwa and Hongjoong are being held.

As I unlatched all the locks I hummed a soft tune, distracting myself from the noise I could faintly hear from inside. The noise was nothing major, no one else would be able to hear it.

All the locks were eventually opened, I rushed down the stairs and closed the door behind me, re locking 2 of the many locks just for safety. Then it became apparent what the noise was. They were talking to each other.
