Huang Renjun was just like every other boy his age. He was born and lived in China until the age of 7 when he moved to Seoul with his parents and older sister.
He was never one to like being in the centre of everyone's attention, and often preferred spending time alone.
He likes to read and paint, and was always among the top students of his class.
Just like the meaning of his last name, his favourite colours are yellow and orange.
He isn't very fond of physical activities, but likes to work out to stay fit and strong enough to choke his best friend if needed.
He likes the character Moomin and is a firm believer that aliens do exist.
After moving to Seoul he quickly befriended the boy who transferred at the same time as him, who later became one of his best friends. The two of them were like cat and a dog, bickering about anything and everything, yet they are still as close as ever.
Aside from Donghyuck, his best friend, he preferred to stay away from noisy crowds and people.
He too had once a crush on the class beauty like every other boy, but deemed dating to be a bother and just stuck with his idiot's a.k.a Hyuck's company.
Their group of two got an addition when a new family moved into the house beside the Huangs'. Ever since then the three same aged kids went through thick and thin, and became an inseparable trio.
Renjun too, went through puberty and experienced the emotional changes it brought with itself.
For him, that manifested as a feeling of depression, loneliness and hopelessness. His overthinking personality and social awkwardness made it hard to open up about his feelings, leading to them building up.
A solution ended up being brought up by their female friend, who would always support him, and who encouraged him to express himself through art. What had first started out as therapy soon became Renjun's passion, and something he wanted to earn his money with.
After graduating from high school Renjun entered the arts university together with Donghyuck, choosing digital art as a major.
