"Depression
is when we cry a lot, they say.
But it's when you don't cry,
and keep it inside.
it's when your heart desires to open up its chest of sorrows.
It's when the body slowly numbs around
from head to toe, first the heart and then your mind.
It's when the ones you love
don't look like themselves at all.
It's when you look around,
to see everyone around to help you
but it shuts the vision of help
and opens the doors of loneliness.
It's when, slowly your heart begins to ache
with all the pain within
and then no tears come out,
the chest being completely locked.
it's like glass around you,
blocking not only your sense to smell
but also to be humane.
it takes all that we love
twisting them with twirls of darkness
until all we see are the consequences of our dark actions.
Depression is not just being sad, humans
It is about how the darkness seeps in the strongest of the strongest
making them unable to break the glass around them.
About how the strongest goes down the cliff
or down the bathroom tub filled with the venom of their minds.
It can make the weakest know around the halls
or make them stand on their feet,
stronger than before
just to sweep them back down.
In conclusion, I could say,
it is something which is not recommended to have
but when you do, you'll not want to give it away
for the darkness has its own unique swirl of magic
only those who have will understand
believe me, I know."
