floating with the clouds,

beneath the shadows of your demons,

all crushed down in the pain.

you are hiding in the sunlight,

whispering to silent waves

just listen to me once.

I feel my heart breaking when I do,

it's not the one I fell in love with

tears streaming down my face,

begging not to make the choice

As long as I know, I loved you so much.

dressed in white,

Tell me were the angels mad at you too?

tell me does it make you happy 

knowing I am not the same anymore?

I see you now

being somewhere where I am not,

and I feel my heart getting crushed

by the shadows of your demons.

you got rid of the pain

gave me all of it instead,

and now I am drowning again

what did I do to deserve this?

I think I can't function 

it's all hurting me now,

can you see me lying in the light

while I am filled with your darkness inside.

I find myself wondering,

if I ever loved you enough

but then I see,

it's about what I did not.

I am hiding in the sunlight,

whispering to  the silent waves

why didn't you listen to me once?

if only you could have seen me

suffering in the night,

maybe you could have known

it's not at all worth the painful fall.

hope you feel alright

for I am giving it all up just for you.

stop looking at the exterior 

and not all will judge you,
