All was well in the house and all was nice and quiet. The doggos had been given a sufficient amount of hugs and kisses before Marie has left to continue cleaning out the no-go room. By now, it had been at least 30 minutes or so since she had left to do so. The doggos were all settled down in the living room in their usual resting spots. Dean on his chair, Seth on his favorite spot of the couch and Roman snuggling onto his favorite pillow. Again, all was nice and quiet in the house...until it wasn't.
Vroom vroom vrom vr vr vroom!
At once all three pupus shit up in a panic. "What the hell is that!?" Dean barked out. "Is this the world ending!? Are we dying? Oh my doggy heaven, are we already dead!?!" Seth whimpered out. Roman wasn't exactly sure how to respond to that last question. "Calm down Seth. I'm almost 100% positive we're not dead and or dying right now." Roman replied as calmly as he could in hopes it would help calm his brothers down as well. Seth scoffed, "Oh yeah, and how would you know if we were or not huh? Maybe we've actually been dead this whole time and this has all been a dream!" And at that even Dean started looking at Seth like he was an idiot. "Hey acorns for brains! If we were all dead we wouldn't be dreaming and even if we were" "which we're not!" Roman interjected. "We most definitely would NOT be sharing the same dream... You should lay off the those mushrooms or whatever you've been finding and eating outside. I'm pretty sure they're eating you brain." Dean finished with a contemplating look at Seth. "Hey!" Was the only objection Seth could make before Roman butted back into the country conversation. "Enough! We can host a mushroom and Seth intervention latter! We have more important things to worry about. You know? Like I don't know, maybe what the heck is that noise and if mama's ok or not?" At that both Seth and Dean stiffened in worry. "Oh no! Mommy! Hold on Mommy! I'm coming for yah!" And with that being said, Seth took off running. "No WE'RE coming for you mommy! Charge!" Dean growled out. Roman had nothing to add some he quickly took off to join them in the search for their mommy.
Realizing that the horrible noise was coming from the no-go room, the pups slowed down to peek around the doorway. Seeing their mommy pushing back the evil creature (read: simply pushing the vacuum cleaner), Seth let out the battle cry. "For mommy, ATTACK!" Rushing in, the three pups surrounded the evil noise maker and started hopping on top of it. For several seconds everything became one big blur. Mommy started yelling, the evil creature dropped to the ground and Dean chipped a tooth on something hard. Until, that is, that everything once again became quiet in the house. No more horrible noise maker, no more barking dogs and no more yelling mommy. "Well... That's one way to realize your dogs have a fear of vacuum cleaners." Marie sighed in exasperation before unplugging the vacuum from the wall and beginning to wrap the cord up on its side. She could always finish vacuuming latter when the pups were outside perhaps. Marie sighed once again. It's not like could or was made at them. Her pups had clearly been afraid of the vacuum and had even fought it to protect her. She quietly chuckled. "Come her my little heroes! Let mama give her rescuers some well deserved loving!" At this, the three p ups happily jumped tackled her to the floor before smothering her I snuggles and doggy kisses. "I love you my precious puppers!"
