"Mama.."

I groaned and covered my eyes with the blanket. I small hand touched my shoulders and shook it.

"Mama, wake up. It's lunch time."

I whimpered and felt a heaviness in my shoulders as if someone was leaning on it. I reached for it and hugged it.

"Let me sleep more." I murmured.

I felt a soft chuckle beside me. I felt like dozing off to sleep again when I realized that it wasn't Cane's chuckle.

My eyes fell open in anxiety and I saw that I wasn't hugging Cane. Cane was leaning on my stomach and using it as a pillow.

"Good afternoon, Mama." Cane smiled with his thin eyes despite of my shock expression. I stared at the long arms that I hugging as I slowly looked up.

"Did you have a good sleep?"

Armin's stunning smile almost brightened the whole room. I gasped and let go of his arms as I cleared my throat.

"Yeah.." I got up and massaged my head when my vision suddenly blured and my head ached from the hungover.

I groaned and closed my eyes. "What happened..?"

"You don't remember." Armin, who was leaning on the headboard talked. "You got drunk last night so I took you home."

Oh, right.

After eavesdropping with their conversation, I went back to our friends and drunk myself with the alcohol.

Thinking last night, I drank to encourage myself and confront Armin. I think I didn't made it and passed out. I don't even remember what happened after then.

I looked around and squinted my eyes when I realized we're in a familiar room. This isn't what our room in Jean's apartment looks like but I somehow felt it was familiar.

"Mama, does your head hurt?" Cane gave me a glass of water and an Advil. I accepted it and drank the water while looking around.

"Thanks." I said and looked at Armin. "Are we in a hotel?"

He smiled and stood up while shaking his head. "We're in my house. I picked up Cane earlier like I promised."

I blinked and looked at the window. "Oh. Then.." I paused and looked at him. It seems like he was reading my mind when he smiled and shook his head.

"Eren already sold the house few years ago so I bought it and renovated the house."

He fixed the curtain and offered a hand which I accepted. Cane went outside first as we followed. The place indeed changed from the last time.

It was already big and spacious back then but now, it's almost two or three times larger. The only difference was the furnitures, arrangements and the wall designs.

The rooms increased on the first floor and the kitchen was bigger than the last time. But what caught my attention was the baking tools on the counter.

I heard Armin chuckled im embarrassment and scratched his nape.

"I forgot to clean that up. I was trying to bake this morning for breakfast but I failed. I guess it's expected after I quit baking years ago."

"You did?!" I asked in surprised. He didn't said a word but he nodded. It suddenly hit me where Historia told me that he sold the cafe because it remembers me with it.

I felt bad and bit my lips. "I didn't exactly quit baking but do you.. want to do it with me?" I muttered.

His eyes widened as his face turned red. I shook my head and panicked. "Baking. I meant baking."
