Remember in chap 17 when harry was late for class? This is what he was doing.

P.S: i know in previous chapters i've mentioned luella's middle name is Claire, but i hated it so it's now Luella Rosianna (or Rosie for short) Jones.

Harry Styles

                      December 5. 7:31am.

"Mr. Styles! Wake up!"

I groan as I flip over to my other side of bed, Hala's knocking getting harsher I'm sure her knuckles are about to give out.

I blink a few times to get used to the sunlight overshadowing my room, closing my eyes and sighing in tiredness. Not two seconds in, I'm being greeted by Izzy's licks on my cheek.

"Izzy- I told you to stop doing that!" I sit up immediately and rub my cheek with the sleeves of my sweater, looking back at a happy dog seated in my lap, her tongue poking out of her mouth. "I love you, but I don't love your saliva." I point at her.

"Mr. Styles!" Hala calls out again.

"Goddamn it." I mutter under my breath. "Give me ten minutes!" I yell back.

I pat Izzy on the head before leaving her on bed and moving to my bathroom, flicking on the lights. I wash my face and brush my teeth fast, knowing I'll be late for school if I don't hurry up.

It's Monday. I hate Mondays.

I look down as I feel fur rub against my feet, watching Izzy settle down beside me.

I do my hair and walk towards my closet, swinging the door open, I grab my black t-shirt and skinny jeans. I undress and put them on quickly, along with some black shoes.

Black is the theme for today, I guess.

I hear Hala's knocks again and groan at how impatient that woman is, cursing I unlock the door to find her standing there with her hands on her hips, a checkboard in hand and a pencil to hold her somehow messy bun up.

"Good morning to you too." I bob my head as I walk past her, Izzy following behind me.

"Mr. Styles you-" She tries to speak but I cut her off.

"I'm late for school. I don't wanna hear it." I hold a hand up, wandering off my stairs.

"Actually, I think you might wanna hear this."

The sound of his voice makes me stop in my tracks at the last few steps of my staircase, my actions freezing as my whole body tenses up.

I swallow as I look up to see the man that's ruined my life, smirking at the impact he has on me.

"Miss Hala, you can leave us alone now. Thank you." He nods at her and fakely smiles.

Hala rushes to the elevator, knowing damn well she wouldn't actually leave me alone with him if he didn't have such control over her.

I observe the expensive blue suit he has on, the gold watch on his hand shining brightly at the sunlight, his hair slick at the back of his head.

"'Morning, son." My father speaks.

I sigh and shut my eyes for a second, grinding my jaw because I have no energy to deal with him right now.

I move Izzy to rest between my legs, hiding her away from him as he stares me up and down. His gaze alone making me want to shrink away and disappear elsewhere.

"Morning, dad." I grit my teeth, standing still in my place as he walks to sit on the couch, looking to see Harvey standing a few feet away from us, Kingston beside the elevator. I sigh in relief when I know I'm not alone with him.
