It's been a week since then, George came out of his room during the day and socialised along with Dream, they did some lives and lore, they cooked together and watched movies.

But George was struggling a lot.
His dysphoria seemed to be getting worse and worse, he would constantly space out during these activities as he fell straight back into the bottomless pit that was the self hatred he felt towards him and his body.

But every evening after dinner when George would lock himself in his room, Dream wouldn't be far behind.
That week, George falling asleep in Dreams arms had tuned into a daily occurrence.
Except that wasn't a good thing.

George loved it, and so did Dream, of course they did. They both felt something for eachother that they couldn't quite put into words yet.
But the good times always come with a price for George, every night he would have to wear his looser binder, which is still bad.
He hadn't had a binder break in a week now since the routine started, switching from his tight one in the day to his looser one at night.

He knew it was bad, but he didn't want to loose what he and Dream had right now.

"George!" Sapnaps voice echoed throughout the house.
"Yeah?!" George called back from the kitchen island.
"There's a package here for you!" He responded.
George got up and went over to where the voice was coming from, taking the package from Sapnaps hands.
Luckily, George had mentioned his new living arrangement to his doctor who said he would get it to be sent in a package without any logos on it. His testosterone.
"Thanks Sapnap." He didn't take his eyes off the package as he walked back to the kitchen, sapnap following behind.

"What is it?" He asked.
"Just my shots." George responded, remembering how he had already told Bad and him that he takes medication.
"You take shots? As in injections??" He cringed at the thought of needles piercing his skin.
"Yeah, remember the trip to the doctors? This is my medication." He responded, he pulled a vile and needle out of the package, presenting it to Sapnap without letting him see the label.

A shiver ran up the tallers spine at the sight of the needle, "gah I hate injections." He shook his head.
"Saaammmeeeee." George agreed.
"Damn, how do you hate needles if you take shots??" Sapnap gawked.
George shrugged, placing the things back in the parcel, "Ive been asking myself that same question for the past 8 years."
"Wow 8 years huh? That's rough."
"Mhm." George bummed, thinking they should start a different topic before he ended up getting dangerously close to the truth, "so where's everyone else?" He asked.

"Hmm... if my memory serves me right," he started, "I think my beloveds are in my room awaiting my return, Dream is..." he paused for a moment, "I actually don't know where he is..." he stated, "but Bad is at Skeppys, that I know for sure."

"Hmm. Bad seems to be there an awful lot lately.." George stated.
"Yeah, I think him and Skeppy might be a thing, either now or in the near future." He replied.
"Are they not a thing already?" George asked.
"Not that I know of. But they would be hella cute together thats for sure." He smiled.
George hummed in agreement.

"Right ima go back upstairs." Sapnap announced, he turned to leave up the stairs.
"Remember sex before marriage is a sin!" George called after him jokingly, a huge smile plastered on his face.
"Hah hah." Sapnap dry laughed, "your hilarious." He rolled his eyes before disappearing up the stairs.
"I know." George pretended to flick his invisible long hair, which he instantly regretted, somehow it gave him a pang of dysphoria.
He cringed, "ew." He muttered to himself, imagining himself with long hair.

He picked up his package and opened it again, removing the contents of it and placing them all on the table.
'Right so I'm supposed to have.. yep two doses for this month, some for next month..' he checked the rest of the contents, just making sure it's what he's supposed to have.
"Cool. That should be it." He clarified aloud.
