Dream immediately went to George's room, he needed answers and he wanted them as soon as possible.
He knocked on George's door like he had so many times before, but this was the first time he had felt so nervous whilst doing so. His chest ached remembering his previous encounter with the brunette.
But Sapnaps words had filled him with hope, and he will hold onto that hope as if it were his lifeline.

George was already wide awake, until Dream arrived, he was getting attacked and bombarded by his overwhelming intrusive thoughts.
He couldn't stop thinking about Dream.
He couldn't stop reminding himself that he messed up.
Much like the other, George had placed his hope on Sapnap.

He immediately got up and ran to the door, the back of his mind shouting profanities at him, telling him that if he wasn't quick enough, then the man he loves will disappear.

He swung the door open, the taller let out a small yelp of surprise as he jerked away from the door.
The dirty blonde observed George, he scanned over his his face for any signs that Sapnap may be right.
He was. He always is.
A part of him hated that he was right, he hated how George's eyes were red and puffy, how there were tear stains on his cheeks, how his eyes much liked Dreams were filled with hope and regret,

The brunette almost cried at the sight of Dream, he had wished over and over that he would appear at his door. But he held it in. He had more important things to be doing.
After admiring the boy at his door, he stepped aside and gestured for him to enter, feeling nostalgic.

Dream found the courage to enter, it was an awkward silence as both boys were entrapped within their own thoughts, just waiting for the other to break them free.
George was trying to work up every piece of courage he had in him to speak, to just say those two little words, he did it with sapnap and he can do it with Dream right?
But Dream meant to much more to him. He couldn't bare to loose him. If Dream left him just because of his body, one of his biggest struggles, one of the most challenging aspects of his life, that might just be his breaking point.

Dream was just trying to figure out what it was that Sapnap said George was struggling with, something that effected George so much that he didn't think Dream would want to be with him anymore. The fact that George felt so lowly of himself broke Dreams heart, how could someone as handsome and benevolent as George have so much unspoken about self doubt?
The only conclusions he came to are that these 'struggles' had something to do with their daily meet ups, and how George's mood had been so negative recently.

"D-dream I-" he stuttered, "ah. I don't- I'm not..." he struggled, he took a deep breath and grabbed Dreams hands for reassurance, making sure he was really there, "I'm sorry about yesterday." He finally started, "I r-really like you t-too um.." he blushed, he couldn't just stop there he had to say it before Dream could get his hopes up. It could be the deal breaker.

Dream was already feeling like he was floating on air, he couldn't fold back the goofy smile on his face at those words he had waited to hear for so long. But he didn't say anything. He knew George had something to tell him, and based on Sapnaps words, it was something really important that George was insecure about. So he kept listening.

"I-I really really like you..." he procrastinated, "and I don't want to loose you just because of... just because I'm well.. me." He continued, he stared at his and Dreams hands as he spoke feeling comforted by them, "um. I'm not sure what sapnap has um... what he might have said to you... but he said he wouldn't tell you so..." he took a deep breath and pushed all of his dark thoughts behind him as he finally managed to get those two words around that lump in his throat, "I'm trans." He blurted.

Dream blinked in shock, but he refused to let go of George's hands, only holding them tighter.
'Did he really think I would break up with him over this?' He frowned.

George took Dreams silence as a chance to explain himself, "I totally get it if you don't want to be with me anymore, I mean I kept this huge secret from you and you probably feel betrayed and hurt because I didn't tell you about this possible deal breaker, and I don't even know why someone like you would want me anyway I'm so bland and burdening and you're just so kind and funny and smart and I really didn't want to loose you so when you confessed your feelings to me it kind of hit me that it would be wrong to lie to you if we were in a relationship and the whole being trans thing would probably get in the way and you would hate me because-"

George was rudely interrupted by Dream grabbing the rambling boys chin and pulling him into a soft kiss. George was taken aback at first by the new and sudden feeling, all kinds of emotions setting off like fireworks in his mind, but quickly registered the current events and leaned into the kiss.

Dream gently pulled away, placing his hands on delicate George's cheeks like they were made of glass and held the stunned boys head to face him.
The dirty blonde observed the boys facial features, a huge smile plastered on his face, he had longed to kiss the brunette so many times.
"George," he spoke, caressing the boys cheek bones with his thumbs, "I don't know a lot about what being trans means, but I will sit with you and listen when you want to explain it to me." He started, "and I will always accept you no matter what, I don't care what your body looks like, you will always be George to me. No matter what." He promised, George felt the familiar sense of hot tears welling up in his eyes as all his negative thoughts seem to slowly dissipate, "you could have duck feet for all I care, and I would still be the luckiest man alive to call you mine." He chuckled.

George couldn't stop the salty liquids from falling, a small sniffle signalling the beginning of an endless seeming production of tears.
Dream brushed each tear away with his soft thumbs, "George, would you like to go out with me?" Dream asked, his voice was sweet, George craved the calming music of Dreams voice as if it was his only source of life.

George nodded, he attempted a smile but due to the crying, it came out looking rather odd making both males laugh.
Dream let go of his face and they immediately clung to eachother, savouring every moment they spent within each others embrace.
