She is Your Humanity: Chapter 15

"Kol, where the hell are you?!" I yell into the greenhouse 

I look around to see him and when I do it's with Davina up on the table with her shirt off, Kol making out with her. I make a fake puke sound and they both look up at me, shocked. Davina rushes to put her shirt on and jumps off the table, wiping her mouth. 

"Hello there, Davina." I give her a smile

"I'm sorry Katherine, am I keeping Kol from something?" She asks 

"For a fact you are, Davina. Kol here is supposed to be tracking down Finn and Esther after they somehow escaped." I raise my brow at him 

"That's what Davina and I were doing, Katherine, but we kind of got... distracted." He smiles over at Davina, a blush reaching her cheeks

"Kol! This is a very serious matter. Esther and Finn being gone is not good for us, for me." I state 

"I don't even get it, all we did was not kill Klaus. What's the big deal?" He questions me 

"I-" I'm about to say something but quickly close my mouth knowing that just a day ago we found out Klaus's daughter was alive but we had Davina and Kol's minds wiped.      

"Kol, your mother, and Finn are most likely planning our deaths. It's either kill or be killed, you should know that, especially since you're a Mikaelson." I state firmly, a sigh leaving his chest 

"Fine, we'll get back on it right now. Just know this doesn't come for free, Katherine." Kol suggests 

"Oh, but it does. You'll do it or you'll be killed. If not by me or Klaus, then by Esther. Chop, chop." I fake smile before I turn around and walkout

When I get in my car my phone rings and I check the Bluetooth and it's Klaus. I let out a groan and reluctantly answer it. I roll my eyes the moment he says hello. 

"You on your way back?" I ask, checking the directions on my GPS

"Yup, left a few hours ago. Hayley and Hope are safe and sound with Elijah in our safe house. There's sort of a tiny problem though." Klaus adds 

"Tell me when you get here, I'll be at the compound. Oh and Klaus, I'm glad Hope is safe, Esther won't get anywhere near her if I have anything to say." I assure him before I hang up 

I finally get back to the compound and parking down the street I walk towards the gates of the house. Walking in, I place my bag down and make my way upstairs towards the library when a feeling I get stops me in my tracks. I don't even need to look towards the woman and man to know who they are. 

"Hello, Esther. I was looking for you." I state, turning to smile at her 

My smile turns into a scowl the moment I see Camille tied up, Finn's grip on her very tight. I turn towards the stairs and make my way down them and over to her and Finn. Esther smiles at me as I look over at Cami. 

"Now, Esther, why don't we let her go hm? She is innocent after all." 

"I'll let her go, the moment you tell me where my son is hiding. I know you know where he's at." She states 

"You're a witch, why don't you figure it out yourself." I spit at her, anger rising in my chest 

"We won't ask you again, Katherine? Where is Niklaus!?" Finn shouts making me inch closer to him

"As much as I would love to tell you, I don't know where he is. Klaus doesn't trust me, you know that." I tell her the truth 

I move in closer to Finn and Cami in hopes that I can grab her and make a quick escape. To make this work I keep Esther and Finn distracted with the fact of trying to find Klaus. 

"I don't know where he is but I can call him here, I'll tell him Cami is trouble, he'll come running like a good dog. You can even keep Cami here in case, but she can't be tied up. I won't allow it." I inch closer 

I slowly reach into my pocket and take out my phone and I dial his number. After two rings he picks up and I put the phone on speaker. 

"Klaus, Esther, and Finn are here. Why don't you say hi." I say into the speaker 

"Hello, mother. I was starting to worry, Katherine has been looking everywhere for you." 

"Yes, so I've been told Niklaus. I'm cutting to the chase, Niklaus. I have sweet, poor Camille here and if you don't come in an hour, I'll kill her." Esther threatens, Cami gasping at the threat 

"You touch a hair on her hair, Esther, I will hunt you down to the ends of the earth and rip your heart from your chest." 

"You have fun doing that Niklaus, I assure you, you'll never find me." She says one last thing before she slings my phone across the room with her hand, the screen cracking and going black 

"You know I can't let you kill Camille, Esther. Hand her to me now." I get closer and closer, reaching my arm out for her 

I yell out in pain when my wrist bends backward, the bone in it popping out through the skin. Another yelp of pain leaves my throat when she goes for my left leg next, breaking that too. I quickly pop my knee back into place, the bones cracking back in place. 

"You, Katherine, aren't going to make it out of here tonight if you keep fucking with us."  

"Ooh, you're cussing now, Esther? You're such a big girl." I chuckle as I get up from the ground, breaking my wrist back into place as well 

A big smile crosses my face when I see Klaus entering the room, his face covered in anger. Both Esther and Finn look over at him and I take the opportunity to grab Camille and speed up the stairs. 

"Katherine! Get her out of here. This is family business." 

I give him a head nod before I grab Camille and speed off but not before I hear Esther telling Finn to go after us. By morning one of them is going to be dead and it's not going to be Klaus.
