The Originals X Katherine Pierce

Chapter 5

Katherine's POV

"Take her with you." Klaus points towards Nadia

"Marcel doesn't even know her he won't let me AND her into his trusted circle."

"She's your daughter if he trusts you he will trust her. She is your blood. He knows how a family is even if he thinks we left him for dead." Klaus mentions

We head out to try and find Marcel we drive around until I see a very much Marcel look-alike walk into some sort of a bar. We quickly follow after him. When we get closer to the building we see that the windows are boarded up. It's obvious its been shut down for years so why would Marcel go in there. I decide to just walk in and to my surprise, it was unlocked. We get in there and we automatically see a whole lot of people. Some feeding on humans and it comes straight to mind that these are vampires. Once I step in they all turn towards me and Nadia, one runs towards us and my reaction was to break the vampire's arm and throw him across into the crowd of the others. He flies back and hits the wall. That's when I see Marcel walk out of a back room. Two more vampires come towards us before he yelled for them to stop. He starts walking towards me.

"Katherine how in the hell did you find me?" He asks staring at me

"Well I was out looking for you and I saw you walk in here so I decided to follow you."

"You could have been killed. Who is this?" he asks

"Please, I have been alive for over 500 years. Centuries before they were even born. They couldn't beat me. And this is Nadia, my daughter.  I need to talk to you." I replied

"Why? Is this about wanting Elijah back? Because I'm afraid I can't give him back."

"No, I want to talk about a plan to kill Klaus, but there is one problem."

"And what is that?" Marcel questions

"If he dies, we die. So I want us to work together to find a way to kill him so I can finally be happy. Please?" I ask

"Okay fine, but I have two rules there isn't attacking or killing vampires, and no hurting kids, understood?" He finished

"Yes. I understand."

"Are you crazy Marcel? She can't be trusted, she lives with the guy." Some brunette male calls out

I immediately recognize him. It's Thierry. My face lights up. I met him a little bit over a half a century when I visited he was a new vampire, he was also my boyfriend. Man, we had good times together but then he broke up with me.

"Oh my god, Thierry!? Holy shit it's you." he looks at me

"Katherine Peirce as I live and breathe. Guys this is the woman I was talking about the one who survived THE Klaus Mikaelson. The one I was in love with." He finishes

"Ha in love? Is that why you left me?" I ask

Marcel looks at me then back at Thierry.

"I totally forgot you guys were a thing.  You left her, I thought it was the other way around. No matter it's over now, Katherine is with Elijah Mikaelson." Marcel finishes and Thierry's eyes open wide

"So you are telling us she has two originals on her side. Klaus AND Elijah, and we are still letting her in here" Thierry asks

"Yes, I am. She is only living with Klaus, Elijah is a bit preoccupied. She wants Klaus dead, we can help each other, plus me and Katherine here are actually best friends. So anyone who tries to hurt her will be put in the garden." he glares

"More like Marcel has Elijah, who Klaus daggered, hidden and what in the hell is the garden?" I question

"Its where I put the vampires that misbehave. I brick them up and dry them out. Sometimes they will be in there for as long as 200 years depending. Or until they listen to me and promise they won't kill vampires or hurt children ever again."

"You actually used my idea?"

"Yeah, When you are a vampire and you kill another vampire it's like killing your own people. And killing kids is very inhumane and very unacceptable. So, tell me more about us dying if we kill him" He finishes

"A couple of years ago a few people back in mystic falls planned to kill all of the originals because they were all linked. They killed Klaus and Elijah's brother, Finn, and later we found out that if you kill an original everyone that they turned had died along with him. Turns out the whole original family had all been unlinked before they killed him." 

Marcel looks around at all the vampires in the bar. "So basically if we don't find a way to kill Klaus then..." He pauses

"Then we die and everyone that any of us turned, will die. When their mother came back she made it her life's mission to rid the world of vampires. Her life did not last long." 

"So how would we kill him without us dying?" Thierry asks

"That's the thing, I don't know how. I would need a super strong witch with a spell to unlink us from his bloodline, a spell I don't know."

"So you basically came here with a plan that won't work unless we get the right things and the right witches. Also, Marcel, what about your rule that witches can't do magic? You just going to let them by with a free pass?" Thierry questions

"Katherine, come with me, bring Nadia." 

Nadia and I follow him down a long hallway and into a back room. The windows have open curtains, the only room with sunlight in this whole place. 

"Why are we back here?" I ask

"What if I told you I had a secret witch that I'm protecting?" 

"How did you manage that?" I ask again

"I saved her from the harvest ritual." He states

"They actually have those? I didn't think that was true." Nadia speaks up

"Can someone tell me what in the hell a harvest ritual is."

"I'd rather have Davina tell you. We have somewhere to go."
