I wake up the next morning with Dillon's arm resting across my stomach. The sun is up so I know I actually slept decent.
I slowly creep out of bed, pull my jeans on and grab one of Dillon's t-shirts.
I throw my hair into a messy bun and make my way downstairs. I'm glad I decided to put pants on because once I reach the bottom I see Will sprawled out on the couch.
"Well good morning, Deidre!" He says smirking.
"Good morning, William." I reply sitting on one of the chairs looking at what he's watching on the TV. I have to giggle to myself when I see Wile E Coyote setting a trap for the Road Runner. "I see you like the classics."
"Laugh all you want, but my Sunday mornings will always consist of the Looney Tunes for as long as I live."
I put my arms up in surrender. "No judgement here." We sit quietly watching cartoons for awhile.
"You hungry?" I ask Will.
"I can always eat." He replies.
"Do you guys have stuff to make pancakes?"
"Sure do." With that I stand and start walking towards the kitchen. "Would you like some help?" He asks.
"No I should be good, I'll let you know if I need your help with anything."
I figured since Dillon had made me breakfast yesterday morning I could cook for the boys this morning. I'm not the greatest of cooks but I can make pancakes.
I finish up with the last of them and decide I should go wake Dillon up so he can eat while they're hot. As I'm walking through the living room I let Will know the food is done, and make my way up the stairs.
I quietly open Dillon's door and walk over to him. I lean down and start placing soft kisses on his lips. It doesn't take long for him to start waking up and kissing me back.
"Well good morning gorgeous." He says with a gravely voice.
"Good morning. I made breakfast." I tell him.
"Really? You didn't have to do that."
"I know, but I did so hurry up and get down there before Will eats it all." At the thought of that, he jumps up grabbing a pair of shorts and we make our way downstairs to eat.
"Thank you for breakfast Deidre." Will says as he finishes up.
"You're welcome, William. You could use the energy for your date later." I wink at him, and I notice the slightest blush make its way up to his face.
"A date? What date?" Dillon asks looking to Will who coughs awkwardly.
"We're just hanging out." I laugh at how shy he's acting all of a sudden.
"No need to get bashful." I tell him. "I approve." I lightly punch him in the shoulder as I collect the dishes from the table.
"What am I missing?" Dillon asks the both of us.
"Well I've been talking to Deidre's friend Kelsy. We made plans to hang out today."
"Gotcha. So what do you have planned?"
"Am I supposed to plan something?" He asks, starting to look worried.
"Well usually you plan for a date." Dillon tells him.
"It's not a date, we're just hanging out."
"You like her and asked her to hang out which means you still treat it equivalent to a date. Just a little more casual." Dillon tells him and I nod my head in agreement.
