Vikk's P.O.V.
Laughing as Lachlan tackled me. Our legs tangling together as our arms flailed around each other I noticed Rob's face go into a panic as he ran off.
"Hey Lachlan." I asked nudging him gently causing him to stop goofing around like a jag as he stared at me. His big nice green, blue eyes stared into mine I got lost in them.
"Yeah Vikk?" Lachlan questioned snapping me out of day dreaming I pointed to Rob as he ran off. Lachlan's happy face now turned into a worried one.
"What do you think happened?" I wondered and he shrugged his shoulders. Untangling his legs from mine I jolted upwards outstretching my arm offering to help him up
which he accepted gladly. The moon shining I whipped around and bolted down the path. Lachlan right beside me.
The wind whipping across my face as adrenaline rushed through my veins I barged through the bushes near camp freezing as I saw Rob yelling at a crying Mitch.
"WHY DIDN'T YOU GO AFTER THEM!!!! PRESTON COULD BE DEAD BY NOW!!! YOU KNOW HOW FRAGILE HE IS MITCH!!!!" Rob shouted waving his hands in the air
struggling to contain himself from beating up Mitch I rushed right by Mitch immediately defending him. I HATED when my friends fought.
"WHY DIDN'T YOU GO AFTER HIM ROB!!!!! MITCH PROBABLY WAS TOO SCARED TO REACT!! AND I'VE KNOWN PRESTON LONG BEFORE YOU!!!! I KNOW HE CAN HANDLE HIMSELF
JUST FINE!!! SO SNAP OUT OF THE ANGER ROB!!! YOU'RE ONE TO BLAME TOO!!!' I snapped causing everything to go silent my eyes widened.....
"Vikk I....." Rob tried but was lost at words so he just gave up and hung his head in defeat......Guilt consuming me I glanced around everyone staring at me in shock.....
I never yell...Especially at friends... Sighing I shook my head walking off knowing no one in their right mind would follow.
Which is exactly why a smile formed on my lips when Lachlan did.....I love him......So badly....Catching up to me he grabbed my hand gently as we walked away.
The moonlight shining on top of us....
