"What's on your mind?"

You lay your head on Marissa's lap, London sat by your side. Feeling secure, you decided to close your eyes for a brief moment—peace.

But then, you felt a sharp pain in your chest. Anxiety.

"I have a lot on my mind, London." You picked up a flower petal, staring at its petite form. In a way, you kind of were a flower. Fragile, but beautiful? No.

"Tell us." Marissa beamed quietly.

You scoffed. "If you think I have funny thoughts in my head then, you're so wrong."

"We never thought happy thoughts, you just look like you're in distress." London murmured. His tone more harsh than usual.

Marissa shuffled a bit so you felt a tinge bit of discomfort when you repositioned your head on her soft lap. "We know you're dating Draco now. So don't act like everything in your life is fine."

"It's fine." You murmured.

"Well, it is not even fine." He shut his thick astronomy book.

You abruptly sat up, frowning slightly.

"I said I was fine for your information." You stated in gritted teeth. Shooting a glare at London. "Didn't you hear me the first time?"

"Loud and clear." Marissa whispered.

He raised an eyebrow then huffed in annoyance.

"It's great that you're 'fine'. I thought you said you disliked Pansy...now you're dating her boyfriend? What does that make you?" London stood up, his hands expressive as he made his way towards you.

Your heart began to pound against your chest, your thoughts mingling and cluttering together. He wasn't the same person you had known.

I just want to stop this mess. First Snape, now London.

"London, that's enough." Marissa stood up, her usual cheery face replaced with a concerned one. For once you felt the urge for Marissa to protect you from London's irrational emotional outburst.

"No, you stay out of it Mar." London gently nudged Marissa to the side. Marissa nodded briefly, folding her arms. Her panic-ridden face display slight agitation.

You still sat in your position, not hesitating to run away anymore. You wanted to confront him, you were glad he was making the first move.

He suddenly grabbed your collar, your eyes boring into his insincere ones. Feeling your back hit the grass, you knew your robes would leave a nasty brown stain.

The cool grass rubbed against your back as London's body weight half on you, half on the grass. His proximity so close you could feel heat enumerating.

You tightened your own hands on his wrist. Causing him to wince slightly as your nails dug into them.

"Don't you see?! You are siding with the Slytherins! The same people who choose cruelty over humanity."

"Let go of me!" You shouted. But to no avail did he stop. Your eyes desperately peered over to Marissa who stood silently in shock.

You didn't want to fight him.

He grit his teeth, trying not to make another sound as his skin started to bleed from your nails digging in even deeper. "I won't let you go until you tell me what your problem is!"

"My problem?! What the fuck is your problem?" You glared at him. "You think I'm a slut for stealing Pansy's ex?! You don't know me London, you don't know me at all!" Your nails released from his flesh and you felt his grip around your collar loosen.
