It was like a maze.

No, exactly like a maze. A corrupt one.

Pushing open flimsy doors, you rush through the corridors with the little stored energy you accumulated from being tied up for so long. The rest already used up by escaping out of the metal shackles.

You carefully peek in to find an exit, and when the doors showcase another empty, odourless room, you scowl. Nevertheless, you dash and round another corner.

Except a pair of heels clacking freeze you. The light sounds emerging into a large singular one, filling the empty space with its vibrations. It came closer and and much more nearer, until it finally stopped.

Backing yourself against the stone wall, you shiver in precariousness, for what was to come.

"I know you're hiding!"

Her high pitched voice came in contact with your ears and you slap your ears, her voice becoming muffled as you try to choose another route:
left or right.

The paths displaying a fifty percentage change of either bumping into her or escaping. Sweat drip down your forehead yet again and you grunt in annoyance.

Without your wand—you felt powerless.

"Are you afraid of me?" The tone almost mocking, it felt uncanny to you. Despite her agenda, you did not let her presence submerge the need to give up. You dash towards the left.

CLACK

Your breath hitches. Heart dropping to its stomach—she was there, Bellatrix Lestrange standing in front of you. Her wand tight in her fingers, her sinister grin plastered on her face.

"You..."

Before you could turn your torso and sprint, your body began to move on its own, your feet hovering above the floors, your eyes widen when you come face to face in contact with Lestrange. With only the tip of her finger, she controlled your body as if you were a voodoo doll.

"I had a sneaking suspicion it was you who would capture me." You say with gritted teeth.

Suddenly, her hand clung onto your throat. Your eyes shut and oesophagus burned. Your grip around her wrist tightened and you try to pry her restless arms off of you. Legs still above the ground by a few inches, kicking at the air.

"Is that true darling? How clever!" Her sarcastic comments fuelling your rage.

Your breath left your lungs. The similar hopeless feeling whirl your stomach.

Only to be startled by a short shadowy figure behind her. A yellow spark emits from his pasty phalanges. His fingers snapped and Bellatrix went flying outward.

"HOW DARE YOU HOUSE ELF!" Her screams filling the corridor and your eyes widen, relief contorts your expression to find Dobby standing there with a smirk.

Stumbling backwards, your legs try to stand but he helps you up. You exhale a deep breath. "You found me." You reassure yourself more than him. Feeling a tug reach your lips, a smile forms.

"Of course. Dobby could not let Y/N L/N fight all alone." He smiles.

But it was not over—yet.

Bellatrix stands up, her skirt ruffling in all directions. Her glare vicious than ever, her back hunched, shoulder sluggish as she heaves.

"Want to die so soon, you little bitch?" She huffed, you gulp, steadying your figure behind Dobby. He would protect you, he could keep you safe.

One word uttered from her mouth, and I'll be dead.
