"Kins! Come 'ere!" I laughed as Lily walked past us, being Padfoot, Moony, Wormtail and I.

"Hey Horseshoe." Lily smiled tiredly, but she picked up the pace and walked quickly away.

"Lily!" I ran after her.

"Yes?" Lily asked tiredly, finally stopping but not making eye contact or even looking at me, opting for inspecting her sleeve instead.

"What's wrong?" I asked.

"Nothing, everything's fine." Lily said indifferently.

"No it's not. C'mon Lil! You can tell me."

"Nothing's wrong, James." Lily said, irritation making a slight appearance in her voice.

I reached out and my hand brushed her cheek with my thumb, my palm cupping one side of her jaw.

This slight, seemingly meaningless, action had some affect on Lily because she looked up and made eye contact with me.

"You trust me, right?" Lily asked quietly, removing my hand from her cheek.

"Always have."

"Then don't... don't stop." Lily said before she walked away without making another sound.

I jolted awake and looked around, I'd left my glasses on accidently, and saw Lily's brilliant red hair splayed across her back and neck, her head tucked under my jaw. I could feel her soft breaths flowing over the skin on my neck, her hands balled into fists in between our chests.

I let out a long sigh and found that my arms were wrapped around her waist, making me groan inwardly.

Why was she so bloody amazing? How did I fall for the look? Why did I fall for the look, is probably more accurate though.

The air around her was filled with the smell of frangipani, honey and light, dull smoke, only slightly but the trace of it was there.

She smelled as good as she was. Figures, she even smells better than everything else.

"You know, some people might consider someone watching them sleep quite creepy, but I'm too used to it." Lily interrupted my train of thought sleepily, her blissful morning voice caressing my neck... I have to get out of here before I do something weird and creep her out.

"... I wasn't watching you sleep. Merely observing." I got out after a couple of minutes.

Lily laughed sleepily and nuzzled her face further into my neck.

I fought the urge to groan in pleasure as her lips just brushed my neck, feather-light.

"... What's the time?" Lily murmured, still half-asleep.

"6:25." I answered after checking my watch.

"What?!" Lily yelled, almost defeaning me.

I covered my ears and she shot me an apologetic look.

She rolled off me and sat up.

"Screw you and your comfortableness." Lily punched my arm.

"Hey! S'not my fault I'm apparently so comfortable!" I protested, rubbing my bruised arm.

Lily poked her tongue out and I rolled my eyes as she removed my arms from around her waist and stood up.

"Go back to sleep." Lily said lightly before she left.

"This isn't a decent time but it's still morning!" I yelled after her.

"Deal with it!" she yelled back.
