Chapter 18

I stirred awake and fluttered my eyes open. I came face to face with a sleeping Logan. I smiled at the adorable sight in front of me. He's so dang good looking, even sleeping. I slept really good last night sleeping next to Logan. It was the best night's sleep I've had in awhile.

I had to pee but i really didn't want to get up from this comfortable bed and I also didn't want to wake Logan up. But I really need to pee. I carefully and quietly got out of bed and tiptoed to the bathroom.

I did my business in the bathroom and washed my hands. I then decided that it probably would be good to brush my teeth too so I wouldn't have bad morning breath. Once I was finished with that I walked back into the bedroom.

Logan was sitting up in bed, still shirtless and his abs on full view, playing on his phone. "I didn't mean to wake you."

He looked up from his phone and smiled, "Nah, you didn't. I was already waking up when you got up." I walked over and sat on the bed next to him.

"You sleep good?" He asked huskily.
His sleeping voice was too sexy to handle.

I nodded, "Yeah, thanks."

"No problem, I just wanted you to be comfortable." He gets up and I finally get a full view of his whole body. He's wearing no shirt and his basketball shorts are hanging loosely on his hips. He stretches and goes to put on a T-shirt, "I'm feeling IHOP for breakfast. What do you say?"

I grin, "I say lets go."

"Then get dressed and we will." I look down at my oversized T-shirt and shorts. I guess he's right I do need to change.

I put on a pair of jeans and threw on a T-shirt. I threw my hair up in a messy bun. I didn't worry about makeup since it was still morning and Logan has seen me without makeup so whatever.

We head out to IHOP and my stomach growls reminding me how hungry I am. "Can I ask you something and if you don't want to answer then you don't have to." Logan said breaking the silence in the car.

"Sure," I licked my lips waiting for him to ask me.

"Last night, was that the first time you have every slept in the same bed with another guy?"

I nodded, "Yeah, it was." Then I remembered that I wanted to keep us sleeping in the same bed on the down low because I didn't want my mother to find out. "And about that lets not tell anybody if that okay with you."

He glanced at me then looked back at the road, "I mean yeah if that's what you want."

"I don't mean to be weird about it but I'm not sure what my mom would say about it and if the people at school found out then there would be so many rumors. Plus I don't think Ashley would like that very much." I ramble.

He sighed, "Please don't ever let Ashley get to you. I know she threatened you but I promise she won't do anything. I won't let her."

I smiled at how protective he is of me. Sometimes I worry that he's not completely over his ex but now I know that there is no way he would go back to her. I'm still dying to know what happened between them but I'm taking Cara and Kelsey's advice that when the time comes he will tell me.

We get to IHOP and I order Cinnabon pancakes which are my favorite. They were delicious!

After leaving there we didn't do much. We pretty much just laid around and watched TV. It has rained most of the day which is why all we did was watch movies.

Around 7:00 the rained has finally stopped. Zach had called Logan and said they were going to get together and have a bonfire since it was perfect weather for it.

"Hey guys!" Cara screamed as we pulled up at the bonfire. We had just gotten to Zach's house for the bonfire.

"What have you two been up to today?" Kelsey asked wiggling her eyebrows.

I blush and hit her playfully on the arm, "Nothing, just been hanging out." I replied.

"Mhmm sure." She drawled out laughing.

We pulled out lawn chairs around the fire to sit in and there was music playing from the radio in Peyton's truck. We had marshmallows, Graham crackers, and Hershey bars to make s'mores.

Logan was catching up with the boys while I was catching up with the girls so we haven't talked much since we got to the bonfire.

I was talking with the girls and they were asking me how the weekend at Logan's went. I debated about telling them that we slept in the same bed together last night but I was scared of what they might think of me. I was dying to tell them and it's not like we did anything sexual. I'm sure they have at point slept in the same bed as him. So I went for it.

"It went good. We actually had a lot of fun." Then I said, "And we kinda slept in the same bed last night." I said quietly.

Their faces lit up, "What you guys slept together?" Cara said rather loudly.

I held my hand over her mouth, "Shhh, no we didn't do anything! We just slept. It was storming and I couldn't sleep so he let me sleep in his bed with him."

Kelsey smiled, "Told you he had a sweet side to him."

"Really you were right he does have a sweet side." I agreed.

"You talking about me ladies?" I turned around to see Logan smirking. He looks to be back to his old self which I will say is pretty sexy. Not that he isn't sexy anyways.

I scoff, "As if!"

He laughs and sits down beside me, "You cold?" He said referring to the chills on my skin.

"Little bit," I admit.

"Here." He says pulling off his hoodie and hands it to me. "Put this on."

I shook my head. "But you'll be cold." He shrugged, "I'll be fine. You need it more than me."

"Okay then," I put the hoodie on and it instantly warmed me up. His scent was left on it and it took everything not to just sniff it all night.

After sitting there for a while my favorite song came on. "I love this song!" I gush as Play it Again by Luke Bryan starts playing from the radio. I've always wanted to dance with a guy to this song so why not now?

I stood and up and pull Logan up with me. "Let's dance!" I tell him. He looks surprised but doesn't reject me, instead he takes me by the waist and pulls me closer to him. I wrap my arms around his neck and begin singing the lyrics as it reaches the chorus.

He smiles as I begin to sing and I smile back as we sway back and forth to the song. Our eyes meet and we just stare at each other pretty much the whole song. Eventually it was over and we pulled away from dancing. We heard clapping and I blushed completely forgetting that the others were still there.

"My mom should be back by now and we have school tomorrow." I tell Logan.

"Yeah we should probably get going." He signed.

We bid our goodbyes to the others and tell them we will see them at school tomorrow. Once we get in the car I rest my head on the window. We pulled up to my house and I started to get out. "You know I had fun dancing with you tonight." Logan says from the car.

I peep my head through his car window, "Yeah I did too. Thanks for dancing with me." I smiled.

He grinned, "Anytime sweetheart, see ya bright and early." He waves.

"Bye." I wave back.

I grin before walking into my house and back to reality.

Okay, so bad news is that this chapter is short and pretty much a filler BUT the good news is that I'm on spring break this week and so that means I'll be updating a few times this week. Also, the next chapter will be longer and better I promise :) Again sorry for the short and boring chapter. Please don't give up on the story and encourage others to read it. Don't forget to comment!
