~~Flashback: 40 minutes - Entrance Gate ~~

N°Thirteen had asked Iida to get out from the facility, using his engine quirk to seek help. But, as he was running towards the entrance, the warping creature followed him, trying to hinder his escape. "How rude of you to leave already..." It jumped after Iida, "I won't let you go."

Ochaco was on edge. There was no way she was going to screw up as she did in the battle training. She felt she had to get tougher and didn't want to disappoint me again. In fact, she was out to prove to everyone that she belonged in this school. But most of all to herself.

Iida was giving his everything to reach the entrance, "I'm close!

But what if it's locked? Will I be able to pry it open in time?"

Before the villain could get to him, Ochaco finally showed some analytical sense, "I don't know what his Quirk is, but he's wearing some kinda weird armor. So he must have a physical body inside here somewhere."

In no time, she had grabbed the piece of metal that was hidden in his midst and used her zero gravity to propel him away from Iida, who ultimately succeeded in breaking free and engine-boosted to call for much-needed help.

The Misty-man deflatedly pondered. That pest's going to call for backup. Guess it's game over.

In front of Ochaco's, Sero's, and Ashido's downcast eyes, he warped himself back to the rest of his flock.

Ochaco was trying hard to control her trembling limbs. "Thank you both for helping me contain that creep," she declared to her classmates, who flashed her a weakened thumbs up.

~~ End of Flashback ~~

My mind was intuitively steering me towards the central square, and I had this ominous foreboding that something terrible was about to happen. My heart was racing at a brutal pace, blotches of red and white spreading over my skin, and my bad feeling was soon verified. As the outlook over the central plaza became more explicit, I beheld the harrowing scene unwinding there.

The disturbing man with hands all over his face was standing in the middle, and this horrid creature was crashing Pr. Aizawa to dead. This sight made me spiral, and suddenly everything became clear. I was speeding towards that deadly mutant, and his uncovered brain was my sole objective.

I glued myself to that thing's back and plunged both my hands into his bare-sitting brain, instantly establishing the telepathic link.

~~~~~ Inside the Nomu's brain ~~~~~
Telepathy is a funny power. Every time I connect to someone's brain, it feels like I physically enter their cervical cave. I sort of wander through the gyri and sulci of the human brain, searching for the specific information I am looking for or the particular cortex I want to control.
Over the years, I've become somewhat knowledgeable about cervical anatomy and its distinct functions, and admittedly, it's a fascinating subject.
I had only 30 seconds of daily telepathic use left, and time was running out. While I wandered through that monster's so-called brain, something struck me like a lightning bolt. Its prefrontal cortex was damaged entirely, which meant that it couldn't think autonomously anymore. Yet, it was able to fight. Additionally, it seemed to be receptive to its 'master's orders.
I figured that its primary motor cortex was the one I needed to control for that thing to stop hurting the Professor. The motor cortex is intimately linked to the midbrain, which is responsible for auditory and visual processing. So there was my aim; connect to the mesencephalon of this beast and order it to release Aizawa.
