Presented to the Westminster Community Service Fellows to obtain a $1k Social Impact Grant to bring Java Joy's mobile coffee cart to campus to serve iced coffee and donuts to Westminster students, staff and faculty on October 15. Java Joy employees would also be asked to speak at the Play Unified club meeting on the same day about their business and journey of living with a disability.

Java Joy provides meaningful employment and community connections for people with disabilities. Bringing them to campus will raise awareness among the student body and support their small business. This experience on campus will allow the Westminster comunity to interact with their Joyrista's (Joy-Barista=Joyrista) which will raise awareness about people with disabilities and create a culture of acceptance which can lead to a lifetime of advocacy by our students, faculty and staff.

The presentation was successful and we were able to obtain $500 in grant money! The next step is to plan the event for October 15.
