I stood on the balcony with a cigar in my mouth and as l held Xavier in my arms.

I gave Raphael and Gabriel time to prepare for ltaly and torture Armani as l took care of my son.

Raphael's phone rang and l reluctantly answered it.

"Hello who's this?"l asked as Xavier cooed.

"Ace?"the unknown person asked and at the sound of their voice Xavier giggles for the first time,the look on his face priceless.

"Yeah this is Ace speaking but who the fuck is this?"l asked in a slightly harsh tone my patience thinning.

"Sir the things for ltaly have been prepared and the jet will be leaving in about two hours from now"Asher said entering the room and l slightly nodded.

"U-mmm you leaving"the person stAmmered as if at a loss of words.

"I don't have time for nonsense who the fuck is this?"l asked once again in a demanding tone.

"Neveah who are you talking to"a muscular voice in the background asks making me drop my cigarette on the floor.

"No one just my grandfather's caretaker who appears to be living today,l just have to sort this out give me two minutes please"she lied with such ease and l feel proud of what she has become.

"Take cafe of Xavier for me will you and have a safe trip Ace l hope you enjoy it"she said.

"Neveah-"l said but am cut off when l hear gunshots at the background.

"Hello?"l asked and l checked just to see the call had been somehow cut.

"Fuck"l ran my hands through my hair as l was becoming stressed.l was also mad at myself for not recognizing who she was the moment Xavier giggled.

Xavier starts crying as the gunshot sounds must have triggered him and l rub his back but he keeps crying as if knowing something bad is gonna happen to his mother.

"Raphael"l yelled and he came running.

"What's up?"he asked.

"Neveah just called and gunshots went off l need Gabriel to track the number she called from and activate her tracker,we getting my girl back"l said.

"Hell yeah we are"he said patting my shoulder.

"We not going to ltaly until we get her back so cancel our flight l'm not giving up just yet l owe Xavier that much since l couldn't save his sister"l said looking at Xavier who is still crying so l give him his pacifier and as soon as he starts sucking it he stops crying.

"We getting mummy back"l said in a baby voice and l could see his eyes shining.

I walked in the same bar that l met him, with Anastasia dragging me.

"Im gonna go get us drinks"she said but little did l know she wouldn't come back.
