Seth's POV
"I want you dressed in these vest. We're gonna have a little field trip tonight. We're going to play war games. I'll meet you at the tracks 20 minutes." Four says after waking us up and leaving these vest behind.
I took one and put in on. I secretly took two as I went to infirmary with Ellie, Will, and Christina. Maci woke up as Tris suddenly woke up after being knocked out for day.
"How long I've been here?" Tris asked.
"About a day." Christina answered her.
"A day? Have you seen the score boards? Where am I?" Tris asked.
"You got below the red line." Ellie told her.
"Why are you wearing those vests?" Maci asked.
"War games." Will spoke up.
"We're coming." Tris says while trying to stand up.
"You can't. I'm sorry, Tris. This is all because of me. Eric says you're out. And I'm out too." Maci says, tears spilled out of my eyes.
"Your father is in the council, maybe they'll make an exception and takes you back. " Will told her.
"We're so sorry, Tris." Christina says.
"We have to go." Will says, calmly at us.
Will, Christina, and Ellie left but I stayed for a little bit and threw the vest at them. "Get there."
"We're out, remember?" Tris asked.
"No, not yet." I smirked before leaving.
Maci's POV
Seth must have told Four. That's how I know we're not out yet. They've been planning this for a day.
"Maci.... it's not your fault we almost got kicked out. I have to admit, you were really brave. More than me." Tris said as we quickly put the vests on.
"Tris, you would've done the same thing. I'm surprised you're not mad at me for this. You're more brave than me." I confessed.
"Because I understood why you did that. And to be fair, I almost flipped off too." We both laughed and quickly fled up to the roof as soon as the train passes. We raced as fast as we could and notice Seth and Four looking out for us. We both ran faster and faster and jumped up and took their hands and pull us in.
"You two made it." Christina says as she, Will, and Ellie approach us.
"Hey, we were thinking if we could come and..." I was cut off when Eric came over to us.
"Who let you two out?" Eric asked coldly.
"We did." Tris replied.
"You did?" Eric paused and looked at Ellie who has a smirk, signaling something big because he ends up saying, "Okay." before walking away.
"What did you do to him?" I asked her.
"Just give him a little reminder of not messing with us again." Ellie smirked but I did notice her cheeks turning red. Oh, something must have happened after Tris and I went to the infirmary.
"Alright, everyone listen up. We'll play the capture the flag. Weapon of choice!" Eric said while lifting his hands with a thing that looks like a gun.
"You called that a gun?" Molly says, mockingly.
Then, Eric shot Molly, making her stumbled on the floor, wincing. He picks the bullet like thingy and raised it for us to see. "Neuro-stim dart. Simulates the pain of a real gun shot. Only last a couple of minutes. Two teams, Four and I are captains." Eric announced.
