Olivia's POV

This is the place. I snuck in through the window when the alarm rings and the guards came with guns pointed at me but lower them as soon as they recognize me.

"It's the kid Jeanine wants. What a brave one you are." One of them chuckled. Then, mom and Tris broke in, surrendering to the guards.

"And this must be the mother and the girl Jeanine also wants. Let's go."

"Peter. Molly won't be happy about this." Tris smirked.

"Shut up, Stiff! Don't bring her into this! Let's go!" He roughly grabs Tris as the guards escorted us to where Jeanine is at.

"You!" Mom and Tris growled at her.

"Aw, Mrs. Unlay and Ms. Prior. It's nice to see you two again along with the little angel. What a shame that it has to be under these circumstances." Jeanine spoke.

"You evil bitch!" Tris spat, tears welling up in her eyes as she spoke, "You killed her!"

"I'm sorry, Tris. But I do not follow." Jeanine says calmly.

"Marlene! You made her jump off that ledge, you made her kill herself!" I sobbed, surprised that those words came out of my mouth.

"Ah, yes. The blonde. Sorry you had to see that, Olivia." She says, "I'm afraid her death was necessary and most effective in bringing you all to me." She smiles.

"You're the most cold-hearted, disgusting human being I have ever met." Mom said through gritted teeth.

"Lock them up with the others, we'll start the tests tomorrow." She smirks as she walks past me and out of the room, Peter following behind her.

We were being dragged into a cell where we see Cheyenne, Seth, Maci, and Ellie in a cell, gasping as soon as she saw us.

"What the fuck are you doing here?!" Seth got angry as soon as she saw us.

"She wants us too, Seth. We were worried about you. Please..." Tris pleaded as he lets out a sigh.

"Hey, we're all in this together anyway." I sighed.

"Wow, wise before your years, Olivia." Ellie chuckled.

Then, the doors opened and there's Peter, standing there. "What do you want?" Maci scoffed.

"Getting you out of here." He said.

"Since when? We've been here for a few weeks and now, you're helping us?!" Seth growled.

"Look, do you want to leave or not?" Peter asked, clearly getting annoyed.

We all looked and got up and follow behind him as we swiftly made our way down the hallway, trying our best to keep our noise-level to a minimum as we did.

"Don't move!" It was Zeke as we turned to see him and Tori with guns drawn at us.

"You should've have come here, Emily, Tris." Zeke spoke, his breathing heavy as he continues to aim his gun at Peter as Tori did the same.

"It's bad enough that we have to trust Eric but it will be a death sentence to trust this piece of shit!" Tori adds as she gestures towards Peter with her gun.

"Look, I'm not the enemy here, the both of you should be able to see that by now." Peter replies, surprisingly calmly.

"All I see is a cold-blooded killer." Tori scoffs.

"This isn't the time for this! It's only a matter of time before they realize they're not in their cell, we need to go." Peter cried.

"And why should we trust you? You're working with Jeanine and responsible for the death of hundreds!" Tori argues.

Peter sighs before saying, "Molly. I've been in contact with her for a few days and told them of the location. I'm wiling to compromise, are you?"

Tori was about to open her mouth but Zeke cut her off, "You better be telling the truth. Let's just go."

Maci's POV

When did he spoke to Molly? Oh, wait! Zeke needs to know about Marlene since I heard Olivia shouting about her death.

"Zeke, wait!" Tris beats me to it. "Before we go, there's something you need to know about Marlene."

He stops where he is and before Tris could tell him, a voice from the down the hall yells, "Here! They're here!"

"Shit! Go!" Zeke yells as he runs down the hallway, pulling her along with him.

We all darted towards the door at the end of the long hallway, with several guards right on our asses.

"Hurry! They're closing the door!" Tori shouts, making us pick up the pace.

"C'mon! Hurry up!" Zeke yells as he makes his way through the door and Tori enters right after. I watched as the door gap between the door slowly got smaller.

"Hurry!" His screams turned desperate.

Tris stops just before the door closed, trying her best to pry the small gap between the door opened as they waited for us.

"Come on, we need to find another way out!" Seth yells as he runs off the other way, we ran behind him.

We made our way towards an opening leading down yet another way when mom lets out a yelp. "Mom!" We screamed as we saw her leg has a bullet wound.

"Emily!" Cheyenne and Tris yelled.

"Don't worry about me, just go!" Mom yells as she begins limping. "I'll be right behind you, okay?"

We nodded and continue our way down the hall with the sound of boots hitting the ground, echoing through the hallway every other second or so, along with our heavy breathing. Wait, this is all too quiet. Where are the guards at?

"Something's not right." Peter says under his breath.

"We know. We sense it too." Ellie answers.

"But we don't have a choice, there isn't any other route for us to take. They're probably waiting for us to turn back, we don't stand a chance against that many guards. We're gonna have to keep moving." Peter says as he walks ahead of us.

After what felt like forever, we had reached the end of the hallway. It was so dark that I couldn't see shit. I walked in front of Peter, reaching out so I wouldn't bump into anything. I stopped as soon as my palm came into contact with something hard and cold, great, a wall.

"It's a dead end." Tris spoke.

"Long time no see." We jumped at a familiar voice from behind us.

Then, we heard the sound of a gun clocking as we turned to see two figures approaching us, a male and a female. Ellie growls at the two names that shocked almost all of us, 'Hardin. Tessa. Long time no see."
