Molly's POV

I opened my eyes as I look at the dead person on the ground. Oh, wait a fucking minute. Eric shot him instead of us. So, he isn't a traitor.

"So, Molly, am I traitor now?" He asked with a smirk.

"So... that was all an act?" I asked as I stood up.

"Yes. C'mon, let's get you girls out of here." He says as he helps us onto our feet.

"Not without Ellie and Maci!" Tristian spoke as she took one of the guards.

"They're over here!" Zed! He came over with Carmen, Tris, Four, a young man I don't know, and an older man that we found out they're Tris' father, Andrew and her brother, Caleb.

"Guys! Thank god, you're safe. Are you okay?" I asked as I hugged them.

"Fine. But Seth and Olivia got taken." Carmen said.

"So has Ellie and Maci. I guess Jeanine wanted them for experiments." Steph told them.

"But why would they want to experiment on an innocent child?" Caleb asked.

"Probably for the same reason as Seth, Ellie, and Maci. We need to go to the compound." I said.

"Follow me." I picked up a gun and follow the group. I hope we're not too late.

We jumped on a train which took us to back to the compound where saw a guard which turned out to be Peter. Oh, what a lovely surprise. Tris kicked the gun out of his hands and yells out, "Against the wall!"

"Wait a fucking minute! How are you not mind controlled?!" I yelled as I walk up to him.

"Cause I'm smarter than you, beautiful, and they need me." Peter sneered.

"Where are they controlling it from?!" Zed demanded.

"Why would I tell you that, it's not you're gonna shoot me." Peter mocked.

"Yeah, you're right." Eric scoffed before shooting him in the leg.

"Did you have to shoot him?" Four argued.

"Like we have time to waste with this piece of shit. Every minute we waste, another Abnegation dies and another Dauntless becomes a murderer." He argues back.

"Come on and you!" I grabbed Peter before adding, "Come with us!"

UKNOWN POV

Fuck! Jumping out of a train is bad enough but jumping into the compound is worse. Now, this is where I can get my children and get out of this violent world.

"Emily, is this the place?" Cheyenne asked.

"Yes, come on." I told her as we both run as fast as we could through the compound but ended up lost. I hope we're not too late.

Steph's POV

I kneeled beside Caleb as we stared at Andrew's body. He died as a true hero. But we have no time to waste as we stood up and quickly follow to a room where we saw a bunch of Erudite and their equipment. Olivia was hooked up on a machine asleep as Seth, Ellie, and Maci stood there like statues, eyes glowing purple, pink, and green. Also being hooked up to machines as well.

"Hey, guys! Come on, let's get out of here." I said as I pulled the cords off of them.

That's when Seth threw me against the wall and I felt my head spinning around. The hell? Soon enough, Ellie and Maci started attacking us by throwing us or swinging at us.

"Seth, Ellie, Maci! Stop, you're in a sim!" Tris yelled but was thrown to the ground by Maci.

"They can't hear you. All thoughts emotions, history. All wiped away by chemistry." Jeanine told us as she walks into the room.
