Maci's POV

We went to breakfast after sneaking our friends some food. I tucked Olivia in as she is still sleeping. We took our seats and begin talking as we were eating. As we were eating, all the leaders from the factions shows up as Max interrupted us. Beside him was Eric as he stares at Ellie. Man, stop staring at her.

"Some of you trained really hard in this year. I hope it still intact in your mind the things you've learned during initiation. All of you still has a challenge to face yet in the next stage of training. So giddy up. Let's not make it long and get started. Here are you rankings." Max speeches us some inspirational quote. It help me lessen my worries though.

I only look and learned I'm in twelve place as Ellie is in second and Seth is in third place. Then, I noticed Tris is in ninetieth place. Yes! We made it! Even Al is above the line. We patted Al's shoulders. Some cheers 'Congrats Tris' and did the same with us. This is all Four's purpose with the help from Seth. They're the ones who let Tris captured the flag, along her to get the highest score and be above the red line. I'll give it to them.

I finished my food and walked out. But I tripped and almost fell but someone caught me. It was a guy in his late teens or early twenties. I don't know but he's handsome and has a brown sleek hair.

"Sorry. Thank you by the way." I say, shyly.

"It's fine. Oh, god, you're so beautiful. I'm Brandon by the way."

"I'm Maci. You're so handsome, I think I like you." I blurted out. Oops! I don't even know him that well.

"Thanks. I think we share the same feelings too. But I like you a lot. This is so great." He says, confidently. "Umm... you have a boyfriend? Well, if you have then-"

"She does have one. Me." I jumped up at Four's voice as he appeared and wrapped an arm around my waist, making me blush. What?! I thought he liked Tris so why would he say that?!

Ummm...okay, then." Brandon said as Four drags me away like when Seth drags me away from a fight I almost got in because of that Tessa.

"First of all, congrats of being twelfth in your rank." Four started but I cut him off.

"Why did you tell Brandon you're my boyfriend?" I asked, trying to get answers.

"Because Brandon's a player. I've seen him with girls by his side every time. He just gonna make you a fool and make you one of his toys. Stay away from him, Maci. I care about you too much to be hurt." He stated.

"Okay. But... do you like Tris? Because if she heard that, she would be upset." I have to ask to make sure I don't take him away from her.

He just chuckled and says what I never suspect, "Tris is into your brother, Seth. She told me as we talked a while ago. I look at her like a little sister. I do like someone and I'm looking at her." I gasped as I blushed.

"Y-you d-do?" I stuttered.

He nods as he kissed me. I found myself kissing him back before we part ways because we have to do community service for Amity.

TIME SKIP

Ellie's POV

As soon as we came back, Molly, our Molly, was on us as we all have been invited to a party at the Pit. Christina is completely down with it. Olivia is staying with Tori who is more than welcome to take care of her as she agreed to keep her a secret from the other leaders. Back to the party, Tris said that it's our celebration for passing the first stage. We all agree to go as Steph said we all have to look hot to hookup for some hot guys expect for her as she wants to look hot for Tristian. I don't agree to that but why not? I can careless if I hook up with someone tonight.
