Dandelion heart (A faeries soul sequel) Elfman and Evergreen

Uh oh...

Levy whimpered leaning more on Gajeel as Evergreen asked Natsu her question, the strain of being attacked and the sudden presence of that man that calls himself Evergreen's father was scary to say the least. Levy was so very concerned and scared for Elfman, she had known him since she just started the guild and the thought that he was in serious danger and pain was horrifying. And that is nothing to say what Evergreen and Elfman's sisters would be going through especially Evergreen, Levy flinched at the idea of the man she loved being taken away from her. She felt Gajeel's arm wrap tighter around her it's warmth comforting and secure, wincing Levy slowly looked up at Gajeel's face his eyes trained like lasers on Evergreen's back.

"Quit worrying shrimp both of the two are gonna be fine" Gajeel said glancing briefly at her a smile tugging at the corners of his mouth.

Levy smiled a soft and knowing smile looking back at Evergreen.

"Yeah they will be" Levy muttered determinedly clasping Gajeel's hand tighter feeling a slight amount of colour return to her cheeks as she did so.

Evergreen stepped forward pulling Lisanna forward with her. Out of the two Strauss sisters she was closer with Lisanna, not saying that she and Mirajane weren't close but because of the events that took place in Altay with Lisanna the bond between the two was much stronger.

"Where is he" Evergreen demanded feeling her feet itching to move.

Natsu breathed in deeply his fingers curling as he twisted his head left and right his deep sniffs echoing around the room. Natsu's eyes whipped open like blinds his pupils vertical and angular like dragons eyes, with a twist he looked back towards Evergreen and Lisanna helping Mirajane off the floor as well.

"He is definitely south, maybe a little to the east, it ain't easy to exactly pin point where 'cause they are underground that is for sure. But the closer we get the more I will be able pick up exactly where he is and my main man Elfman" Natsu grinned cockily Well I hope so Natsu thought ignoring his worry inside of him in case he doesn't.

Makarov grunted in agreement he had a feeling the would be down south because it was as far away from the magic council as possible while leaving no trace. "Very well then" Makarov said stepping towards the door "We will need a team of competent fighters to go get Elfman back. I already know that Mirajane will be going along with Laxus, Bixlow, Freed, Wendy and Natsu all of you go get ready now" Makarov finally finished before looking back towards the door.

Evergreen's eyes narrowed as she stepped towards Makarov ignoring the hurried foot steps as the rushed out the door. Had he purposely left me out? Evergreen thought her face twisting in anger Lisanna's doing
the same which was unusual on her normally happy face.

"Evergreen I'm not sure if you should go, neither you Lisanna" Makarov said looking up at her with knowing eyes.

Evergreen opened her mouth to protest angry words forming in her mouth when Makarov cut her off before she could even speak.

"You have far more involvement in this then any other person in this guild and I am concerned that your past may effect your decisions" He said seriously a hand raised in the air.

"The past is in the past" Evergreen hissed anger and need causing her to shake from head to toe "I won't let that get in the way anymore than I did at the guild before all this. But I will make sure he pays for what happened" Evergreen said quietly her voice seething with rage.

If I let her go would this help get Elfman back or not Makarov wondered restlessly his gaze not leaving Evergreen's.

"You let Mirajane go and she is just as emotionally tied to this as I am" Evergreen said determined to go whether or not the master says so.

No you are more emotionally tied than anybody Makarov thought, when something within him softened his normally hard demeanour. He new how much Evergreen loved Elfman and Elfman to Evergreen even though they very rarely showed any public displays of affection, they were just undeniable. A deep sigh whistled out of his noes as Makarov began to debate with himeslf when finally. "Very well you may go Evergreen but take caution your father may know you are coming and will use this to his advantage. But you Lisanna" Makarov began twisting to Lisanna "I cannot permit you to go, the share number of wizards going is large enough and anymore would ensure news of us coming to the research facility to reach them much faster".

"But Master" Lisanna cried despair marring her features.

"No Lisanna you will not go" Makarov said softly knowing how much his words must be hurting the youngest Strauss sibling. "But please trust your guild mates with returning your brother to you"

With a sniffle Lisanna nodded her head removing a stray tear and with rushed movements clasped Evergreen in a tight hug "Bring my brother back" she said before rapidly running off.

"Go Evergreen your pairs will be meeting you by the city gate soon" Makarov said the last half of his sentence falling on deaf ears as Evergreen was already running onto the street her determination fuelled even more from Lisanna's words. Evergreen dashed down the roads quickly turning sharp corners faster than possible in her five inch heels before screeching to a halt at the entrance to Fairy Hills. Not bothering to take the stairs Evergreen summoned her fairy wings and darted to her window on the top level of the build. The light latches of the windows clacked away as evergreen expertly whipped open the double windows making the colourful plants along the threshold shake from the sudden movement. Evergreen quickly floated inside her feet hitting the ground with a sharp crack as she ran into her room. Mild nausea began to twist her stomach as she ran in her hand quickly picking up her small travel bag as she ran to her draws and began shoveling her spare clothes in. As Evergreen's fingers snatched up a spare dress a large dark navy blue shirt caught her eye. Everything kinda became still at that point Evergreen's fingers brushed aside more clothing as she read the kanji symbol "Greatest" across its back her fingers tracing both the symbols and the leaf patterns around it the soft fabric calming her adrenalin pumped mind. With careful movements Evergreen lifted up Elfman's old shirt a smile touching her features as she remembered the times she spent at his apartment and how she snuck back this shirt with her. She tenderly picked at its high collar flaring it up as she held it close to her face enjoying it's scent and coolness. Evergreen loves this shirt it was always perfect for any temperature whether it was warm or ice cold, with a sigh Evergreen turned to put it in her bag when suddenly the most intense nausea attacked her stomach. Evergreen doubled over her hands clutching the shirt to her stomach as the nausea began to rise.

...Bathroom Evergreen thought through the sickness as she lurched towards the bathroom flinging open the door as ran to the toilet. Still holding onto the shirt Evergreen violently threw up her eyes blinking back the stinging tears that pricked her eyes until the heaving finally stopped, with a gasp Evergreen spat out her foul tasting saliva her head burying in her hands. Dammit what's wrong I felt fine a second ago Evergreen thought sitting up as she blearily looked at the shirt on her lap It can't be the dark spell Calador used She thought. Well that's what she thought when suddenly something clicked in her mind No.. NO I can't be Evergreen thought her hands slowly moving down to her stomach both horror and amazement beginning to set her nerves on fire.

"I'm..."

"Evergreen-chan"

With a gasp Evergreen looked up into the face of Wendy who stared down concernedly at her.

"Evergreen are you alright" Wendy said leaning down to feel her temperature when Evergreen leaped up.

"No no let's just go I'm fine" Evergreen said quickly moving into her room fighting the queasiness in side of her her thought's in complete denial as she shoved Elfman's shirt in her bag.

This can't be happening not now Evergreen thought.

Well I know it's been a while but I'm loving this chapter was fun to write and for you guys hopefully fun to read but please review tell me what it needs or what it needs less of opinions are appreciated.
