Dandelion heart (A faeries soul sequel) Elfman and Evergreen

Right off the tracks

Evergreen stared off into thin air, the quick talk of her companions filtering out into a high pitched buzzing as she replayed the short footage from the lacrima in her mind, the footage of Elfman playing victim to her father's experiments. The high pitched buzzing turned into a steady whine as people tried to talk to her but her consciousness shut them out. Where is Elfman? Evergreen thought her inner voice unusually calm hiding the fear and hysterics that disrupted her train of thought. I have to get him back... he has to see our child Evergreen thought not feeling the weight of large hands clamped around her shoulder nor hearing the loud and fast voices in her ear. Evergreen looked slowly down at the floor of the train now currently slopped on a slight tilt over an immensely deep canyon barely hanging onto the narrow bridge supporting them. A small gale quickly blew into the train whistling through the open windows and small holes scattered unseen throughout the train, the quiet drone of the wind turning into a howl as the wind barraged the precariously balanced train.

"EVER!"

Evergreen gasped as she stared up into the face of Laxus his face hovering over hers, his hand gripping tighter into her shoulder.

"We need you to focus NOW, we need to get off this train before it falls into the canyon and Mirajane" Laxus said angrily twisting to her "You need to concentrate too-"

A great screech pierced the air as the train slid to the side the slightly sloped floor now dropping quickly into a steep fall as the train began to drop forwards.

Gagging slightly green Natsu grabbed onto the shoulders of the Bickslow and Freed holding himself upright as everybody began to stagger "we need...to get up there.."Natsu gasped shakily pointing to the top of the hallway.

"C'MON EVERYBODY MOVE" Laxus yelled pushing people up the steep climb, Natsu letting Happy fly him up there to prevent his motion sickness.

Evergreen began to step forward her heart racing as she felt the wind pushing underneath the already up lifted train, the treads of the train barely gripping onto the track. Evergreen pushed herself forward her hands clenching tightly onto doors as she passed them as well as pushing the people in front of her forward as the hurriedly began their climb to the top. Evergreen felt a small arm wrap around her as she moved forward looking back only briefly to see Wendy helping Evergreen up from behind. Evergreen's eyes widened with gratitude as Wendy briefly glanced at her stomach giving her a clear and brief message that she was putting her and her baby first in this potentially disastrous situation. Clutching at Wendy's arm Evergreen pulled her forward the high end of the train nearly within reach as Evergreen began to push Mirajane forward.

"Bickslow, open up an entrance in the roof" Laxus yelled over the howling wind as he nearly reached the wall of the train. Twisting around he reached forward and grabbed Mirajane and Evergreen pulling them up as well as Wendy in one swift movement to the front of the train. "Everybody get ready to fly" Laxus yelled watching as Happy and Carla attached themselves to Wendy and Natsu. Evergreen summoned her fairy wings watching Freed summon his own wings and grab onto Laxus's shoulders preparing to lift him off the ground as well as himself when the time came.

"C'mon babies do your thing" Bickslow yelled over the wind his dolls flying up to make a perfect rectangle above the entire group. Their square body's began to glow as their creepy voices chanted "Yeah let's do the thing" and "yeah c'mon". With perfect timing the four dolls moved in a perfect rectangle their body's blasting out a powerful green laser that Evergreen was accustomed to seeing, the hot blasts cutting a large rectangle. As the final corners of the triangle were burned off the roof flung into the sky the wind battering it and folding it into twisted parts before being flung into the canyon wall past Evergreen's eye sight with a barely audible bang. Bickslow quickly summoned his dolls back down before they could be sucked into the heavy wind, a pair of the dolls floating down and attaching themselves to his feet making him float off the ground.
