"Where is he?!" Mirajane howled, her satans soul voice booming and tolling in the street. Pale faces with gaped mouths watched with enraptured fear at the intense encounter, their faces warping as the glass shook from her voice. Calador tensed his legs as he eyed the large group, despite the fact that Mirajane was utterly terrifying in her take over form it wasn't she who he was afraid of. Evergreen's dark eyes bored into him like a pair of rusty and powerful drills, carefully ripping him apart and imprinting her rage and terrible hate she felt for him. A dark yellow aura twisted savagely around her, making the street light up further each time it pulsed. Vague snapping sounds echoed from her as her fairy magic crackled, but it didn't sound like the snapping of flames, nor the crackle of lightning. It sounded like, bones being crushed underfoot Calador finished shivering from the malicious intent he felt. It wasn't just the intenseness of Evergreen's wrath and magic power that Calador feared it was how she was deadly quiet. A white blur rushed before his eyes and something incredibly sharp clutched him around his throat, and hauled him in the air. Mirajane's face hovered centimeters away from his own, her fingers tightening into his pale gray throat as she lifted him higher up in the air.
"Where?!" Mirajane growled.
"I can tell you where he is-" Calador began when suddenly his jaw locked up. What is this? Calador thought as he tried to prise his mouth apart. Purple eyes flashed in front of his own eyes before fading, however only the eyes faded. A presence wormed it's way into Calador's mind and a great compulsion of violence settled over him like a shroud. Advorsus, what is this?! Calador screamed in his mind. The terrible compulsion whispered such bloodthirsty anger into Calador's brain , fuming in a rage, Calador threw his long arms up and slammed them down aggressively to the ground. Shadows flew up and around Calador and the demon that clutched at his throat, the sharp spindled tips of the shadow lashed out at Mirajane, whipping violently to pierce her pale skin.
"Mirajane!" Evergreen yelled as she watched the shadows lash out at Mirajane, her own magic flaring as she reached forward and fired bolts of magic at Calador who easily avoided the bright bullets. Mirajane flung her body backwards carefully evading the spikes of shadows, as she tumbled backwards her demonic wings flared up and wrenched her to a stop besides Evergreen, her hands glowing with dark magic. Evergreen pulled her hands back, about to lash out with more of her bright and deadly magic when the smell of ozone filled the air. Lightning crackled and brutally struck down at Calador, whose own form turned to shadow and rippled under the lightning before solidifying once more leaving him unharmed.
"I'm trying to help" Calador tried to say between his tightly clamped shut jaw. But his words became ragged and patched in his mouth and only sounded like the angry baying of a hound to his opponent's ears. Fire exploded around Calador as a large fist crushed into his face, a couple of his many slender teeth tearing out from the force of the punch. Calador flew back at least seven meters, his body tearing up a deep groove in the hard cobbled street until he shuddered to a stop. Calador groggily sat up, his face throbbing and his eye already swelling over as Natsu charged over and hauled him up by his collar. Purple eyes once more flashed in Calador's black and white eyes, the awful malicious intent pouring over Calador like an angry waterfall. Yelling in a rage, Calador swung his fists up, large black weaves of shadow blasting Natsu back with points stabbing into his flesh.
"Natsu!" Happy yelled. With a swift dive, Happy catapulted himself towards Natsu's struggling body and hauled him up by his scruff into the air, where he dangled woozily.
"Thanks Happy" Natsu groaned, blood dripping from his many shallow wounds .
An angry breath hissed between Evergreen's teeth as the black shadows retracted themselves into Calador's kneeling body. Dark splatters of mysterious black liquid dripped from him and the shadows against the cobblestones with a hiss, parts of the stone breaking away from its burning touch. Caladors face suddenly whipped up a grotesque and angry sneer, blood dripped out from his lopsided mouth and one of his eyes was nearly covered by his swollen cheek. Evergreen stepped forward her magic ablaze around her when something stopped dead in his tracks. Calador's visible eye instead of its beady white irises, it now had a slim purple ring around his eyes. Growling, Evergreen's hand flashed forward, a bright yellow whip snapping out and lashing at his face. But the long flash of light cut through his face like it was made of water and cut an incredibly deep cut line into the solid stones next to him. Gritting her teeth Evergreen watched as Calador's face reknit itself together, black strings of shadow flowing out from where his face split and reworking themselves together. Evergreen raised her hand again about to cut him again when shadows blasted around her like an immense wave. A freezing numbness began to work up Evergreen's left arm making feel like rubber, looking down a long and cold pale hand reached out of the shadows and grasped at her arm, the long thin claw like nails biting into her flesh. A shocked yelp escaped Evergreen's mouth as a pale face with matching pale hair began to emerge from the great wave of shadows, as Calador's face leant closer in the shadows merged together like a capsule cutting Evergreen off from the world.
